Loved working with public storage, it is an interesting job with great perks. Just visited the Hopkins location to purchase some of my moving supplies and Craig and Dan helped me out, they were both nice people. He routinely calls to make sure I plan to move with my reservation, listened to my concerns, and scheduled a visit to show me different units size. I went into this location to find me a place to store my items. When I showed up, I walked in and the place looked very nice and well-kept. I was greeted by the clerk there named Sterling. He was very nice and professional. I got to asking him about how much my monthly would be and we went over that, he also went over the $1 promotional deal, which I thought was a great idea. He said he could show me the property and we did, the property is very nice. After talking with Sterling, I decided that it was just a little out of my pay range and decided to continue to look around, but if it was in my price range I would definitely store my items there. The place is very nice and well-kept and the staff there are amazing.

Sheela is an amazing resource. She takes pride in what she does. When I came in for a tour of the unit she was extremely friendly and personable. She explained everything about the contract in an easy to follow way. She was also really flexible with me when I wanted to schedule my appointment. The the next day when I came in to move my things she took special care to help ensure my move was smooth and easy. Sheela is has a heart for people and truly cares about your experience. It is refreshing to see someone enjoy their job as much as Sheela does. It makes it fun to stop by and visit. You are definitely in good hands going here.
