I was very satisfied with the customer service and would recommend D & R. I dropped off a push mower that I purchased online and the mower died after ten minutes. They charged me a $60 diagnostic fee. The mechanic called me back and informed me the mower I purchased was not fixable and refunded me the fee. I'm glad to see there are businesses that still care and are considerate. Im very grateful with the service I received. Great job!!!

I'm extremely happy with my service. I have an very old John Deere 260 which is probably about 34 years old. It's well kept but recently started having some issues running. I took it to the dealership who charged me over 500$ and didn't even fix the issue. After sending it to them twice for the same problem I finally sent it to D & R outdoor power equipment. They had it fixed and running in less then 2 weeks!!
It runs back to normal now like it's only 20 years old!

They were extremely affordable and even came and picked up and delivered the mower for very cheap. I'm extremely pleased with my service and will make sure to come back for anything I need

Very friendly counter staff and willing to help you. Have bought all my lawn equipment from them except my used John Deere garden tractor. The owners are very knowledgeable and try to trouble shoot before writing up an order. I have always felt they're pricing has been fair and will continue to trust them with my business.

Purchased a used lawnmower recently and after about two weeks, there was a minor problem. I took it back to the store to have it repaired and it was repaired quickly. Ron and his staff are very helpful, trustworthy and wonderful to do business with.

Went to Anderson's first just bc they are closer with a broken pulley in hand... told me I'd need the model number or forget it. Left went down to D & R, guy matches it right up to one in stock! Took maybe a minute. Always helpful in here - walk away with what I need.

Took my snowblower in because it was leaking gas. They fixed the leak and cleaned up the carborater. Runs like a champ. Great service!

Best place in town buy lawn equipment. The customer service is the best in the city (and that's what counts). Everyone is knowledgeable about the equipment they sell and they stock replacement parts.
