Kim was fantastic!! She was able to help me and my husband set up our phones when we moved here and switched to Verizon. She went above and beyond in customer service!!

We were greeted once we walked into the door. The lad that was workin there was very helpful and kind. She answered all of our question.

Nice and friendly staff, the store is nice and organized, also very clean and nice layout, the staff are friendly and helpful, will definitely be back, was in and out very quick!

I went in to upgrade and as soon as I walked in everyone gave a friendly greeting and I was helped within minutes. Mandy was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had while making me feel comfortable with my new device and really went above and beyond to help me. It was the most pleasant phone purchase experience I've ever had and it barely took any time.

Kim was wonderful. She was the only employee working that day, with several people waiting and she was cool, calm, and collected. She was extremely professional and followed through with my multiple purchases, I didn’t get the feeling she was rushing , even though she knew she had several customers waiting.

She is very methodical which is good since she had a girl whose card was flagged as fraud. She handled it well. Then this guy walks in and another and all I wanted was a charger so she asked the one ahead of me who wanted a watch if it was ok to cash it out for me. He said yes. I found that to be very nice .

She is an AA female I don’t know her name. But … she acted very professional in a city that has a lot of racial issues. I’m a White physician and I’m used to waiting. I really liked the way she handled things. She knew what she was doing and was the utmost professional- respectful. No, she did not know I was a doctor.

Korey was such a great help when I came to store. I was a little distressed since I lost my phone yesterday and had a multitude of other phone related problems. He was so reassuring and helpful and fixed all of my issues.

They are nice and helpful... they have great deals phones and plans...wasn't any waiting in long lines....

Let me tell you that Kim in Meridian Mississippi will get it done. I have had Verizon now going on 13 years. She is by far the most helpful, courteous, and caring Verizon employee I have ever dealt with. The woman is amazing!!!!!

Seffasia was wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful. She made good suggestions about the best options for me. Once the decision was made, Seffasia completed the setup quickly and everything worked as promised.

Came in to port over from AT&T prepaid to a postpaid account, but keep my same number. Skylar was very helpful and the process was completed in 30 minutes, including time for me to pick out a new phone and call AT&T to get my account info.

Spent the last two weeks running in circles with AT&T trying to switch from prepaid to postpaid, kept being told they no longer do it. Wasted too much of my time, so AT&T lost me. Looking forward to a future with Verizon!
