CVS Pharmacy

The folks at the West Columbia CVS do an excellent job! Always satisfied with them. And I appreciate the lead technician helping me save money on my husband's prescription.

Very attentive at the drug counter. Always friendly and helpful.

CVS seems like they don't have the medications needed all the time. I pulled into the drive-thru lane to pick up some meds that I needed and "KRISTEN" was at the window and told me she can get my prescription ready it will just be 8-10 mins if I can wait. I waited because I really needed those meds. She had me wait over 30 mins. Didn't look at me just kept helping other customers as I waited.
Very ridiculous, very misleading, and poor customer service.
Don't tell someone it be a few minutes when really it will be over half a hour.

The employee in the pharmacy wouldnt fill my medication right after I had a wisdom tooth pulled because she said they are "behind". How about get off your phone and do some work....very big girl with a poor attitude. She always uses the same excuse. So long CVS.
