Take 5 Oil Change

I was the only customer at the time I went and all three guys working were awesome! I was offered a bottle of water right away and again during my oil change. They were very personable and just chatted with me the whole time. Great service and experience

Everyone was extremely friendly! Very fast and efficient! They took care of my tire pressure, checked my filters, and more! Answered all my questions with a positive attitude and were patient with my rowdy child. They even gave him fruit snacks and a juice box. They were very busy, but I didn’t wait too long. The GM even came by to make sure everything went well and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend. Everyone was great!

Absolutely the best place in Columbia, TN to get your oil changed. They were efficient and were able to top off my coolant like I asked as well as replace my wipers (also needed). All done quickly and with great customer service. Their hours of operation are better for people who work until 5.

I have become a regular at Take 5 because the brand is really designed to be convenient and provide a lot of value at a decent price. Recently, I visited the location in Columbia, TN and was very satisfied with the level of service and attention to detail that Jocelyn and her team provided. The service isn’t always as good in some of the other locations, but I understand that not everyone has the same work ethic. Still, when done right, it’s hard to find a better value as convenient with the quality of service as Take 5.

The young lady that is the manager was great! Very, friendly, explained everything well, showed the dirty filter and explaining what it helps with. She even put my wiper blades I bought somewhere else on. She also offered bottle waters. Very good customer service.

Great service. Nicest people who explain everything and give advice but don't push their services. Reasonably priced and fast! I will go no place else!

I got my oil changed at Take 5 for the second time and I was even more impressed. They only had one team, but kept everything rolling quickly. Everyone was thorough and helpful.

Needed an oil change and everywhere else was booked up. Drove right up and was greeted and taken care of. Took less than 15 minutes and got military discount which is 25%! Prices are good! Seth took care of us and everyone was really friendly. Will definitely go back!

I had an engine light pop up, and since my usual place was closed, I decided to give this place a try. They ran a diagnostic for me, and even though they don't service that particular issue I had, they were kind enough to equip me with the info I needed to either fix it myself, or to pass along the info to another place that can fix it. They also included an estimate on how much it should cost, which I appreciated.
As long as I was there, I had them do an oil change, and that was done in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. A five-star experience, all around.

I went there on February 29th about 7:15 to 7:30 in the morning. The manager and the other young guy that was working there were professional and it worked as quick as they could run in all three Bays by themselves. Yes this place is pricey but the level of respect, customer service, and friendliness that those two gentlemen have will definitely make a repeat customer out of me! Thank you guys

Very friendly and knowledgeable crew! Even offer complimentary bottles of water! Wash my windshield and checked all the air in my tires along with refilling some of the fluids. Thank you and will be back

Everyone was super nice! I was offered a water as soon as I pulled in, and they had candy canes for the holiday. They did my oil change quickly, showed me my air filter, filled up my tires, and even helped me change my new license plate. Wonderful experience!

Great service! Explains everything before doing it. Never tries to upsell anything you don’t need. And a 25% discount for veterans. Just earned a new customer.

I had my spark plugs/coil packs go out on my car and thought that it had to be a coincidence that the same day I got my oil change. After I called and let them know what was happening they drove all the way to my house and made sure they didn’t make a mistake the day before when they did my maintenance for me, they diagnosed the problem for me and walked me through what they personally would do if it was there vehicle. All around great service and great workers!!

I had the following service Ms done: oil change, change of the air filter and cabin air filter as well as new wipers. The guys were very friendly and helpful. Guided me through the whole thing. Made sure that the wipers were on point. Washed my windshield. And the whole thing took under 20 min. Phenomenal work!!!

This was my first visit to this location in Columbia, TN and was surprised to see an all female staff when I pulled up. I was blown away at how personable, safe, educational and helpful they were when servicing my car! It was not only another task I got to check off my list and no longer worry about, but I learned a lot and had fun in the process. Thank you, ladies!

they were very attentive to my cars needs. going above and beyond to make sure my car was running smoothly. jocelyn is also an amazing employee. she will make sure everything is done correctly, and will communicate any problems or concerns that she has. the whole team is very passionate about their job and i love that about take five. it’s them main reason i keep coming back :)

I have taken my vehicles for service here several times and they are very attentive to the details of the vehicle maintenance service they provide for each vehicle. I am impressed with the way they check each others work. They do it in a very quick and timely matter!
