Firestone Complete Auto Care

The people at Firestone are wonderful. Yesterday I went down to get into my car and had a flat tire. Filled it up temporarily and took it in to Firestone as soon as I could. They had it for me by 12pm. They explained that I had picked up a nail and they had to give me a new tire. I tell people who move here that Firestone is the best place to go. A lot of auto businesses claim to be good and to know what a car needs, but many don't deliver. So Firestone is my go to place for car repair.

I first set up my appointment online which was easy. But I ended up having to call the day before to change it. They were super kind and helpful! This was my first time having this service done here and I will definitely be back!

Work was done in a timely manner and to perfection. Staff was, as always, extremely nice and accommodating. Wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.

Very nice staff. Just needed a bit of air in my tires and they filled them immediately. Thanks for great service.

These guys here are very helpful and straight to the point. They didn't push any extra work they claim "needed" to be done. Got me in and out as a walk-in very quickly. I am beyond grateful for these people and their hard work!

I didn't actually have service done, but was just visiting in the area. One of my tires seemed to be squealing, so I went to see if I had a real problem. They checked all four tires and added air to one that was low.. no charge! Thank you.

Robert and his team are great! They squeezed me in and were in constant communication as they worked on my vehicle! They are very polite and professional. I dropped it off early, and they even offered me one of their Red Bulls to help wake me up lol. Go see them!

These guys provided me with awesome customer service! I came in on a Saturday in the middle of one of the busiest weekends with a broken radiator and they fit me in and begin working on it that day and through Sunday. They took full responsibility for their work and when the delivery of a part was delayed till Monday afternoon they provided me with the car so I could do my work. They always kept me up apprised of the cost,
The mechanic, Corey, was very competent and fast and I felt very comfortable with with my car in his hands. Obey, the manager, was committed to making the entire experience is painless and smooth and transparent for me as he possibly could.
I highly recommend both these men and the shop anyone who needs work done on their car!

Got a flat about half a mile up the road, they got me in and out within the hour and the Manager was nice also..definitely gonna be my go to place!

Robert is the Manager of this location. I am grateful to have him & his staff in Columbia. Of course i am in panick mode for my emergency car repairs & He has saved my life many times! He is accurate, calm, thorough, honest, like true family in business for you.

Forrest and Joseph did a great job! Being a woman a lot of car repair establishments will talk down to you. Forrest and Joseph were extremely respectful, nice and knowledgeable. They kept me updated and worked quickly. I will definitely be back for any future needs. Thank you Forrest and Joseph for being such great guys!!

Joseph was helpful and kept me updated throughout the process of the items I wanted taken care of on my vehicle. I felt they were reasonably priced and did a good job.

Had a hose break on my truck today. Called Firestone to see if they could help me if a tow truck brought me to them. They were great. He said he only had 3 technicians today but he would do his best.
We were there for several hours as they called around to find the right hose. He had the hose brought over to make sure it was the right one. They had my truck fixed and I was out before 4:15. I will be doing business with them from now on. Thank you for such great service.

Took my car to them today cause my car has been shaking when I pick up speed over 50+ miles I thought it was a bent rim is what one place told me. Took it to Firestone and my car drives soo much better they did a wonderful job on it and I they gave me a lifetime tire rotation warranty can’t beat that at all. I think I love this place I will most definitely be going back for more work in the future. Under new management. Robert was very helpful and got my vehicle in the same day ,when they could not complete the job in the time frame he promised he more than made up for it! As a female it is always a question of "am I getting the run around " I felt absolutely at ease and his truthfulness, transparency, and willingness to help will ensure that I an a return customer.

Excellent. Spoke to Onye the night before. Said he was booked but come at 7 am and he'd try to get me in asap. He also pulled up my info and double checked he had a tire so I wouldn't waste a trip.
Got there. Got in and done by a smidge after 8. They honored the warranty and replaced tore with new. Just cost the new road hazard warranty on the new tire.

Great team! Took my car in for an overall checkup and was told that two sections of the gas line needed to be replaced, but when I went in to pay for the repair job they said don't worry about it! I walked out paying just $10 for the checkup. Very impressed and thankful.
