Penn Station East Coast Subs

First time visit, 1:30pm, not too busy got right in. Had the chicken wrap very good.. quick service, refillable drinks, large variety sandwiches or build your own and they make it for you., they are not stingy with their fries! Healthy sized serving. server came by and offered us each a Choc wrapped cookie off a platter. Really good too!! Will be back!

Penn Station is great. Great food, service & staff. I ordered delivery, and the food was still made to order. It showed up hot & fresh.

Love the food always .....however this time i didnt get none cuz the grill was closed and doors were lock over a half hour early....yet employees were still standing there talking..... very disappointing ..... my mom wanted that for dinner as a special occasion celebration.....:'(

Food was great and the staff managed to maintain their composure as a lady screamed at them over a sandwich she claimed wasn’t what she wanted and refused to allow them to correct HER mistake. A++ to them for that. Hopefully even that late in life she can learn how to talk to people respectfully. Great job guys.

Love the fries. Husband has to go back and fix his food but had no problem getting it redone, and asked multiple times to make sure it didn't happen again.

The food is always great. Whenever I order online, my food is always ready before the time allotted. It's fresh, and delicious. Staff is always been really great. If you want a good, flavorful, hardy sandwich then this is the place to go. I'm definitely recommend

I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak with chicken, onions, and peppers. The sandwich and fries all tasted great.

I called to place an order while I was driving around the parking lot trying to get my baby to finally take a nap. The girl on the phone was so understanding and so nice about my situation. She said my food would be ready in about five min and sure enough it was ready! I did go at a slow time but the staff at penn station is so sweet and this honestly made my day! My baby finally took a much needed nap thank goodness 😅 and I quickly ran in, paid in less than a minute! Thank you so much 😊

Although I hate to do this, traveling all day and making it back home late at night, we had very few options as to where to eat. Fortunately, Penn Station, which I have never patronized in the past was open. We were reluctant to go on in and place an order because from the outside of the store looking in, it appeared that they had already cleaned up the store and grill and were ready to shut err down for the evening.
It was the last 20-30 minutes before closing. We were starving having driven all day and looking for a good bite. Any bite. Besides the rubber burgers served at the clown with orange hair's joint down the street, We decided to go on into Penn Station and see if we could get a couple of sandwiches to go. I expected 1 of 2 things. Either a bad attitude or just a flat-out, "no sorry, we're closed".
Gratefully, the staff was receptive and not taken back by our timing and graciously took our order.
The sandwiches came out super hot and oh so tasty.
The manager and cook that night were super. We really appreciate their patience and hard work in providing excellent service and great steak sandwiches. Great experience all around. I'll be patronizing this place all the time.
I definitely recommend Penn Station.

It truly seems like the staff here put care into the food they are making. The sandwiches are always very presentable and the fries are always very tasty. The only point I may add is that it isn't the quickest option on Westnedge, so if you're in a rush, perhaps a different option would make more sense. But, the food is definitely quality. I highly recommend this place.

Food is soooo good! Teriyaki on point! Tried the wheat bread and it was fantastic. The cookies are the best around! And they have Pepsi products! Can't go wrong!

Honestly the best place for hot sandwiches. I absolutely love to eat there, good is amazing and I have yet to have a bad experience, even when they've made mistakes it was always taken care of. It's ten times the place Subway or Firehouse ever hoped to be.

Bold has all the bold flavors that you have been looking for... OMG!!!!... AWESOME Restaurant. Very clean and beautifully designed. Very comfortable and a great way to dine with your partner... I will definitely go again, hopefully I can find one in my state...

All of the guys working tonight are awesome! I was grateful for a clean space to wait for my food. I am also just grateful that they are open! Thank you Eli, Evan, Josh, James and Mason for making my experience nice!

My wife had never eaten Penn Station. Had to fix that! Great place. Best subs. Awesome service from their team. Five stars.

Ashley at this Penn Station is the absolute best person for any type of management position or raise. Knows her job very well and always has a smile on her face helping customers and other employees. Food was spectacular like always!
