I've been working with Jad Bros. for approximately 6 months on different pieces, including two three-piece suits and a sports jacket. I’d decided to invest in professional tailoring after some disappointing off-the-rack suit purchases. Here, the customer experience was exceptional; Basem's warmth and professionalism put me at rest, and his consultative approach was a standout, taking time to understand my style preferences and needs and guiding me through the process of selecting the perfect cloth, color, and fit for my suits.

Over several sessions, he tailored each suit to craft the fit I wanted. Attention to detail was evident in every stitch: the linings, cuffs, waistband, and complementing accessories. I’ll be a return customer who is happy to recommend his service and quality of products to anyone who wants to take their look to the next level.

I’ve bought tailored suits before. Those were typically more expensive and of a worse quality. Jad Brothers was probably the best tailored suit buying experience I’ve had- he was able to get me exactly what I needed, with a quick turnaround and for a great price. 10/10, strongly recommend. Had to find a suit to match the other groomsmen, but it's super hard to find shops that actually help with big and tall. Not only was I able to find the right color here, but they were able to get the suit to me right in time for the wedding. The owner was very nice and helpful. The price was fair. Great experience from beginning to end. Shopping for suits is usually stressful but the owner was very helpful in finding the right suit and size a lot quicker than I expected. He is a pro tailor, worked with my on the price and customized the suit to my liking while I got to watch, a really solid shop. Can’t recommend Jads enough!

Wonderful shop and owner. Really knows how to pair colors and suits. Has very large selection of high quality materials. The owner is so nice and willing to get you exactly what you want and make sure it’s affordable to you. I would recommend this place over nearby stores and larger corporate stores. Small business owner with many years and does their own tailoring for fit. He takes much pride in his customers and service to everyone. I’m not a paid review just a happy and very satisfied customer. Have purchased two suits and a jacket from him. He has earned by business for a long time.

I came in earlier today needing alterations for a couple of suits I had bought online. The suits didn’t fit me correctly and I did not enjoy how it looked on me. The owner of the store told me he would do the alterations as soon as he could. When I came back to try on the newly adjusted suits, I instantly loved how they looked on me. I felt confident with how they fitted me and I felt confident in myself. I have been here before and he was kind both times and I was satisfied each time I’ve left the store with my purchases. Very helpful, quick, and detailed.
