Stopped in yesterday for an issue with my Phone not connecting to my vehicle on Android Auto. Dustin went above and beyond my expectation to help me out until he found the issue and was able to resolve it! I really appreciate his attention to customer service, even though he knew that it wouldn’t be a sale for a new phone or contract. Will gladly bring my future business to Dustin and recommend others go see him!

My husband had a real problem with his new phone, so we went to the Verizon sales office in Perrysburg. The fellows at the counter were very friendly and professional. They had Mike's phone working perfectly in no time. He was very happy.

With a shattered phone and the insurance company being nearly impossible to reach I expected the worst, but Dustin stepped in with the patience of a saint to help. He was very helpful through the whole process and I would have been without a working phone for 5 business days if he hadn't gone above and beyond.

I came into this Verizon location after an extremely unpleasant visit to the Verizon store on Fremont Pike in Perrysburg. I was fully prepared to be met with the same rude service I received before, however, I had a truly wonderful experience.

I worked with Julian who was patient and so kind. He answered every question I had and ran through several different scenarios to help me make sure I knew I was making the best choice for our business. Incredible customer service and this location has a customer for life!

I was in need of a new phone and Alan was so helpful. He informed me of the additional items that could be included with my purchase. I opted for a new apple watch along with my iphone 15. He was professional, knowledgeable and a good listener. This is why I visit this location - always great customer service! Thank you. I then sent a friend to purchase a new phone as well.

Dustin at the Perrysburg/Levi's Commons Verizon was amazing! My husband and I had a great experience switching our service to Verizon and purchasing new phones. Once again, very very happy with Verizon and their service. Casey helped me get my plan how I wanted it, and was extremely courteous. I also overheard his excellent patience with an elderly customer , which further added to my positive feeling with this store.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Verizon. Yesterday I worked with Joel Breeding and he was knowledgeable, efficient, and a great listener. He represents Verizon very well and should be a trainer here or at corporate. Today, returning with a different issue, Joel was again very helpful along with his colleague Sage Marshall. In this day of often impersonal interactions, they are exceptional and I hope they are recognized for their outstanding service. 5+ STARS

Brennan was so helpful with the whole process! We came in looking for replacement screen protectors, but he got me hooked up with an amazing deal on an upgrade to my phone. He stuck with me more than an hour after he was supposed to clock out while I freed up storage on my phone. He was so patient throughout all of my questions and I will definitely be returning because of him!

Julian was awesome! Personal service, patient with my mom’s extensive questions and considerable confusion with technology in general 🫠, and thorough. Low pressure, honest salesmanship at it finest. I’d give six stars if I could!

Purchased my phone at a different store. Kept having issues the store I purchased from didn’t help resolve the issue. Sage took his time and helped me resolve the phone issue. He was very patient with us, and went over everything to make sure everything was taken care of properly. We really appreciate it!!! Also there was another gentleman who helped me as well. I didn’t get his name but thank you so much!!!

My first experience was amazing! I've been a Verizon customer for well over 20 years, and it was the best experience I've had. I was recommended to come here by a friend who had the same experience.
Casey helped me, answered all of my questions, I selected a phone, and all of my Verizon rewards and upgrades applied.
Casey transferred all the information from phone to phone, and made sure I was up and running with all contacts and photos transferred in addition to all apps.
Usually I dread a phone upgrade. This was an extremely pleasant experience.
I will be recommending all of my family and friends go to this location.
