Normally fast food/chains get a 4-star from me, but the staff here were extremely pleasant! Really appreciate the way they went above and beyond! They were out of frosty's and while I was disappointed, the staff's kindness made up for it. Really clean and new location. Loved the added touch of a fireplace!! 🔥

Good food and reasonably priced if you stick to the value menus.

Food is great, and the service was good and the atmosphere was as expected a typical drive up..

I went to this location at least once a week for nearly 2 years, they never let me down, staff always fast and friendly and some of them even knew me by name, thank you for taking care of me thru all of those visits :)

I have been to this Wendy's a few times and have not been disappointed. I ordered the $5.00 biggie bag with the bacon cheeseburger.
I started to eat the fries and couldn't stop until they were gone. They tasted so good hot and fresh. Even though I got the regular size, the fries seemed never-ending. The fry's container was overflowing. The burger had fresh lettuce, nice and crunchy. The cheese was melted just right, and the bacon was hot and crispy. The employee at the window was professional and seemed like she enjoyed her job.

I was picking up a mobile order, I was missing a salad, I came back and I overheard 2 employees arguing about my missing salad. They seemed to care and made it right for me. Bad experience turned into a good one

They go above and beyond. I really am grateful to the staff on 11/3/22, breakfast, for helping me to get a whole half of my order that wasn’t delivered by door dash. The staff was super kind to me. I’ve really been having a very tough week, and ordered breakfast delivery for my family, bc my car broke down. There are still kind people in this world. Thank you to the manager on duty, the employee that understood my issue over the phone, and Mr. Washington (I believe that’s his name, hope I’m not wrong). Y’all have no idea how you blessed me emotionally.

Very pleasant! First fast food restaurant that we have been to in the week that we have been here in Williamsburg that we sat down to a clean table and lobby. Mary does a great job keeping it clean! With 2 picky eaters got to give them a 10 on getting our special orders right too! Would have went to the Wendy's website to report the great experience but unfortunately when we tried we needed the code on the receipt that we unfortunately threw away. Thanks for a good meal in a nice clean and friendly atmosphere !!

My wife and I went their for dinner it was late they were about to close even though they were about to close and the staff still gave excellent service especially from the inspiration from their new manager Tj! food was fast and on point I would recommend this Wendy's if you want fast service and good food. Even though they had a change shortage Tj (New Manager) handled it very well and allowed us to still pay in cash so after we got are food we asked for Tj name she was so excellent with having are experience great with them so we decided to give her a tip of 6 dollars I no its not much but she was grateful and proceeded to tell us that she will be splitting it with her team she is a great manager she proceeded to tell us that her team doesn't feel appreciated it enough she is a remarkable manager my point is a great manager makes a great team they look up to her if you could have great staff excellent food and fast and effective service then you have a restaurant people want to come back to. We will definitely continue supporting this Wendy's. Any shout out to the GM on the first round draft pick lol Tj is a great hire!!

The people there were so nice to my 4 year old daughter! I was there on 11/7/19 at 1030 am. The young lady working the cash register is an outstanding employee and a superstar in customer service!

Stella was awesome she was very friendly and our food was great! Fresh fries and a nice cold coke on a hot day was all we needed to refuel for our vacation.

Tuesday March 3, 800AM. I like to be specific so those deserving can get direct praise. I got the free hny chc biscuit and the seasoned potatoes. Both are delicious! To add to great food, the young lady at the drive thru was great and whomever was in the kitchen was also. Hot, delicious and fast!

I often come here after work I love the specials and they give you tons of nuggets for a great price usually get the two for five or I splurge and get an avocado chicken sandwich which is my favorite the food is always good always consistent and the employees are always happy to serve you never rush you and always are fast and expedient with a smile on their face way to go Wendy’s you’re training is obviously top notch
