Pepper Palace

Stopped in here while on vacation just to kill some time. I can't remember the managers name, but he was very informative about EVERY sauce, spice, salsa, etc on the shelf. Ended up walking out with 4 items. Brought them to work for guys to try and everybody loves them. Will definitely be ordering online until I'm back in pigeon forge. 12/10 recommend. Best part is the sauces are made in house!

This place is Awesome! Denise was such a great help, knowledgeable, funny, and so much fun! We never have been there and it was the best stop we made! My daughter did the flatline challenge, and all I can say is this is a must on your stop to the island. The spices and sauces are high quality and have something for everyone's tolerance level.

I LOVE this place. I come here every time I find myself in Tenessee! (Twice in two months.) I always stop by here and find myself getting more sauces each time. If you're a fan of spice, sauces, marinades and free samples then make sure you come by here.

P.s. You're extra lucky if Denise is here when you are. She's so sweet and sparks up good conversation! Say Hi to her and get some good sauce!

Sharon AKA Granny was the best pepper queen sales women ever I would definitely be coming back she gives the best experience. Introduced me to the strongest horseradish I ever taste.

Great location for Pepper Palace at the Island! Love being able to try before buying any of the sauces. If you have a spicy fan in your life you should definitely take them by!

If you like very very hot sauces, salsa, or anything of that sorts this is the place to go. They have a Ton of stuff you can taste yest for free too!

Granny Sharon is the most sweetest and kind hearted lady you could meet. She helped our little group select some of the finest products made by peppers. Thank you Granny!! We will be back!

Our experience was fantastic. The store is very well stocked and there are samples to taste. She was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us pick out a gift that I hope will be a huge success.

If you are into hot sauce, or even just regular sauces like BBQ, this place is a must go.

Awesome place and the salesman was great. He was telling us all about the area and the new restaurants that are going in the plaza and different suggestions of where to visit. The salsa's we're great and we ended up buying 4 items.

I love this place the sweet older lady was very helpful to me and my boyfriend we got the world's hottest sauce which have haven't mustard up the strength to try and Gator swamp gas med which is delicious.

This was one of my favorite places to visit while on vacation. The staff was awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They had some good deals going on as well. I left with a bag full of sauce, salsa, spices, and jelly. They have just about everything you could need. They have spicy, sweet, mild, hot. Super awesome store! Can't wait to stop in again!

i've always enjoyed spicy foods, so when i found this place during our family vacation this past summer, i was thrilled.
my son and i tried every ghost pepper sauce you have, and the gentlemen answering our questions still wanted us to try more! I think he truly enjoyed watching our reactions to each sauce.
i eventually settled on the cajun ghost pepper and my son picked ghost in the darkness.
after our purchase was rung up, the person reminded us that we could always come back to try more free samples as often as we like, or buy online. When i said we were from the detroit area in michigan, he immediately said there was a pepper palace in frankenmuth and a new location in ann arbor (like this guy is a pepper palace encyclopedia or something!)
it was just this last weekend my family and I visited the ann arbor location, same selections, same great knowledgeable service, but the store was a bit cramped, its not on google maps yet, or i would give them 5 stars also!
in a couple weeks, we will try the frankenmuth site!

question, the guy in ann arbor had me try 3 small flakes of something i don't remember the name of, it pretty much put me on the floor it was so hot! Way hotter than any of the sauces i had! do you guys know what it might have been?

Huge selection, staff is helpful and let's you try samples. The End: Flatline and the jerky will get your attention.

The place is packed with amazing sauces and seasonings as well as the very wonderful staff, Sharon and her husband, who were very welcoming and showed us around and try some of their favorite flavors

We really like getting different hot sauces. This store is awesome!

Visited on Tuesday morning (6/22) and the gentleman working was really friendly and helpful. Tons of stuff to sample and choose from. We ended up getting the Peach BBQ sauce and Garlic Parmesan wing sauce.
