Absolutely delightful experience at this tea bar and spice store! The tea selection was extensive and thoughtfully curated, offering something for every palate. The highlight, however, was the exceptional service provided by the lady who runs the store. She was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her teas and spices, taking the time to help us find the perfect blends. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by for a unique and flavorful experience!

Can't go wrong going to a Spice sbd Tea Exchange. The Jersey girl working is such a charm! She is so knowledgeable and friendly! Truly appreciated her helping us. The aroma from the tea and spices always has me in heaven.

Loved it! Our family had the best time today smelling all the different spices, teas, and sugars. This store has quality products. Lots of rare and hard to find spices. We loved the staff and welcoming vibe! We left with several spices, and teas. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

We were in town a few weeks ago for a girls trip and stopped in after lunch. We fell in love with Jackie! She is a keeper and what a asset to the company!! She was so kind and knowledgeable. We learned so much and could have stayed chatting with her for hours. We all ended up purchasing a bag of goodies, even those that had no intentions of shopping. Not only does she know her tea, she knows her tourists stops. Sent us on our way to Anakeesta along with advise on the best parking! We have a Spice and Tea Exchange an hour from us locally but I am ordering online from your store because she was so great to us.
She was a highlight on our trip!

We had a girls weekend and stopped here on our trip. What a great experience! We smelled the spices and the tea. They let us taste test a tea and two dips (and they were all delicious).

The staff was so friendly and made our visit fun. Not only were they very knowledgeable and gave us great tips and recipes. You could tell they genuinely had fun at their job (and it may have even included dancing lol).
Diane greeted us right away, helped us multiple times, and was super friendly! I will definitely plan on going back anytime. I’m in the area! Thank you for a great shopping experience 👍🏻😁

Jacque greeted us and helped us immediately upon entering. She was very friendly and professional. I could tell she knew what she was talking about and was very enthusiastic about tea. She showed us the different areas And varieties and informed us that they did not carry the elusive Asian pear tea that we were looking for. However, we still picked up two teas, some sugar, and a fancy tea bottle seeper! She quickly checked us out and gave us advice on how to find the pear tea. Highly recommend stopping in here!

I am visiting from North Dakota and had a wonderful experience shopping here. The staff members are knowledgeable and wonderful. I got a lot of products at a great price. I will definitely return when I am in town!

Go see Diane and get her to make you the most delicious tea you’ve ever had! She helped my daughter and I each find something delicious (caffeine-free for my girl)! I’ve always had great experiences and highly recommend getting an iced or hot tea from here when you’re in Pigeon Forge!

We stopped by here while in Pigeon Forge and met an amazing man named Levon who assisted us. He made us feel right at home and treated everyone like family. He was very knowledgeable and so kind. They had a huge assortment of teas, spices, sugars, and accessories. There were sample jars that you could smell. The whole experience was great even if you aren’t a big tea drinker. They have spices for grilling and cooking as well. We will definitely come back every time we are in the area. Fun experience for the family. Levon will make the best ice or hot tea you have ever had! You won’t regret a visit.

Our motorcycle crew randomly stopped by to cool off and check out what they had for loose teas, cups, kettles, etc. We expected it to be just that, things to buy to make your own at home. But upon walking in, we were greeted by Dustin, who shared that not all could we buy the loose tea mixes on the shelves to take home, but we could get freshly brewed iced or hot tea right in the shop made especially for you by Levon. Who has the warmest soul who takes you on an adventure to guarantee you have the best tea of your life made by yours truly. If you're not sure what to get, let him make you a surprise based on the flavors you're drawn, too. He won't let you down. His presentation of making you your own personal cup of tea is both delightful and welcoming as a forever friend. Dustin was helping make these creations while letting us know we can have our favorites shipped to our home. It was very interesting to watch Coran mixing fresh bags to buy. We all loved every tea he made for us and were encouraged to come back anytime for new creations. Felt like home and we will definitely be back again very soon! 💜 thank you all for making out visit so special.

We visited this shop every single day for tea! It’s delicious and we loved getting recommendations from the employees. Angela makes the best tea and we looked forward to seeing her! Not only is it yummy, but it’s good for you too. There are salts, teas, spices, herbs, and more! You have to stop.

This store has lots of options for teas, spices, salts and so much more. It's great that you can smell all the teas available before you decide to purchase them.
