If you are looking for quality service and honesty then this is your place. The back of my iPhone was shattered including one of the camera lenses. My husband and I drove an hour away to this place and it was well worth it. The gentleman stayed open 30 minutes past closing to ensure my phone was working correctly and that I left a happy customer. Will definitely be going back for any future repairs.

My phone wouldn't connect to USB very hard to charge. I called Matt and he was just down the road. He said it was just dirty in the port. He fixed the back of my phone had a crack. Phone looks incredible like new and it charges very quickly. Android auto also works fantastic because of the usb port cleaning. Amazing price, service, and he was so fast he had done everything in less than 10 minutes. Very nice guy and all future cell phone issues I will come to him.

I had such a great experience with Yes We Do Fix. We had a cell phone get run over by a forklift and brought it here. Such a nice and helpful gentleman fixed it quickly and went above and beyond by adding on a new screen protector and camera lense protector. Our family will definitely bring any more broken electronics here to a store we now know and trust.

I have officially used the services of this business twice to repair my phone and I have to say, each time has been wonderful! My first time was when I dropped my Galaxy s20fe and it finally fell just right to crack the screen. They were able to order me a replacement and have it repaired within 48 hours, and did not charge me an arm and a leg to do so. They were very upfront, and honest about what was needed and how things would be, and there were no hidden fees or upcharges in the end. My second visit was due to my phone suddenly stopping out of nowhere. I swung in on the last hour of business on a whim to see if they would have any ideas, and he was so friendly and willing to dig into what bizarre thing caused my phone to suddenly stop responding. He was quickly able to determine that an internal wire had become jostled loose and easily fixed it within 20 minutes of arriving. I fully expected to pay $65 Diagnostic and Service fee, as I had seen the notice posted, but was pleasantly surprised by a discounted price due to how simple the fix was. Though I have no intention of breaking my devices more often, I look forward to working with them in the future if ever needed, they earned my trust. ♡

Broke my iPhone screen by accident I had my hood popped and backed my truck up real quick and slam i thought the clasp went through the phone .. Luckily yes we do fix had me back to new again up and running with new screen and charging port within an hour upon arrival. They are very knowledgeable about electronics in general they fix laptops and just about anything electronic. Highly recommend with anything electronic personal or trying to make money with buying and selling electronics. Thank you again!

A JACKSONVILLE GEM! I work remotely from home, so when my laptop died, I panicked. I found YesWe.DoFix online and it had great reviews. Matt understood my situation and was able to look at my laptop right away. Only a couple of hours later he called and it was repaired! It wasn't a common problem and some repairers might never have found it, but Matt did and he fixed it fast and at a very reasonable cost. Within just a few hours of panicking I was back working. Matt is personable, empathetic, and an incredible electronic wizard. He said he has been working on electronics his whole life, and the results bear that out. I will be taking other electronics to Matt to work his magic on. Highly, highly recommended!

I showed up as soon as the shop opened up this morning. Matt was able to open up my daughter's Iphone to and fixed the water intrusion and changed the battery in no time flat. Matt was very professional and precise. I highly recommend his service. I will definately be back.

I brought in two Nintendo Switch lites that both had broken Joy sticks and one had a cracked screen. Matt fixed them up good as new and my boys were so happy. Will definitely be going back to Matt for all our gaming issues. He was super nice and helpful.

cannot believe how good of an experience this was.

The technician clearly know what he was doing. My iPhone or only had a cracked screen from a bike accident, but it also busted the back and from cameras.

I went in and he got straight to work. In maybe 10 minutes he was done. He had it as good as new for less than the deductible on insurance would have been.

When I joked he had a good thing going making that much money in 15 minutes he said, “it’s mostly parts, not labor. I’ll never be a millionaire, but I’m a damn good technician.”

10/10 experience.

My wife and I went to get our cracked cellphone screens replaced so we could trade them in for new phones. The phones came back looking so good, we decided to hang on to them a while longer and not trade up. They did a great job!

Matt is a clear master of his craft, doing this job with passion for over 10 years. He was able to help me revive a phone that hasn’t worked in years and that I was sure was gone. He also went above with replacing my home button, which I didn’t intend on fixing, but he insisted to ensure I walked out with the best version of the phone that I could have. Would highly recommend!

The guy there was very clear and straightforward. He told me exactly what the problem was and informed me what he thought the best course of action to take would be. He also informed me that other places I took my phone to often try to rip people off. I was able to fix my phone for over $100 less than other "phone fixers." Highly recommend to anyone.

Went in today while in a hurry with my husband. My husband’s phone was cracked so horribly and the gentleman fixed it in under 5 minutes put a screen protector and a new case all for what I considered a deal. I have no intentions to return as I hope the phone doesn’t break again but I highly recommend this place for its quality and efficiency.

The prices are great compared to other places. Matt is cool and was very transparent about everything. Photos attached are before and after, beautiful work. I definitely recommend this place and plan on going back if ever I have any other issues!

Love this place so much he was very generous and genuine and very informative my pc was having issues and was repaired within a day after giving him my spare cables.My pc is back up and running will be coming here from now on!! If you need a device fixed this is the place to go i live and work about 50 mins away and this has by far been the best when it comes to customer service i have experienced!!

I'm not usually one to leave a review, but I am one to look at the reviews to see what kind of reputation a business has made for itself. There's a lot of 5 Star reviews here, which had me thinking... "This is probably all a bunch of fake reviews they put up..... This many 5 Star reviews can't be real!". I'm here to tell you, they are real. The fella behind the counter is a real deal craftsman. The sign of a true craftsman isn't how the job goes when everything works out right, it's when everything goes to $#*+ at the tail end of a very long week. When my repair went sideways, through no fault of his own, he did everything necessary to make it right. I will definitely be recommending this shop to all I know.
