Jennifer Noel was my agent and she was amazing! I have been on the fence looking at different life insurance policies and so confused and she took the time to explain and break everything down for me. Kiersten and Jen were great to work with when I had to submit a claim. They followed up multiple times to make sure I received my payment. I would definitely recommend their office if you are looking for insurance.

I was referred to State Farm and I am SO glad I was. Dallas was phenomenal to work with. She responded quickly to my inquiries and explained everything in detail. She was forthcoming with information and she wasn’t “pushy” with selling extras. She offered and gave me the opportunity to accept or decline. She is VERY kind and knowledgeable and now I’m saving much more on my insurance than I anticipated which is always nice. When I first walked in, I was welcomed by Dallas, wonderful woman. She immediately asked what she could help me with and sat at her desk. Although I was denied because of my driving record, which is completely understandable. I've never had bad experience with state farm. I used to go through Gayla Parks in Tallahassee, another wonderful lady. I highly recommend state farm and will be back after time when my driving record clears up some

I just hung up with a extremely knowledgeable, kind and easy to talk to young lady named Dallas. Whom works with State Farm. Unfortunately I was unable to accomplish exactly what I was after( a quote and a cheap policy that covered everything...jk.lol) through no ones fault but my own, however Dallas was awesome, she was able to point me in the right direction with several different options still possibly available to me and explained which would probably be my best option if available. She also had a option that would work for me if all else failed. Thank you Dallas, I am grateful. I highly recommend the team Kiersten Smith w/ State Farm 😀

This office and the staff that works there are excellent. They care about their customers and there community. If you want a fair price on your insurance, from a fair company, this is where you should go.

Just changed to State Farm from Progressive. Much more insurance for a fair price. Ali was awesome with her quote and explaining all of the policy to me. I learned something new! Thanks again Ali for all of your help!

Besides the rates being the best I could find, this office provides the best service all around. I've never had an office be so responsive to every concern I had. Samantha is a superstar. She was patient, methodical, very responsive, professional, patient, informative and went above and beyond to help me switch policies and save money. I have six vehicles and 4 drivers, so it was not an easy task. She walked me trough it and was always kind even with all my questions and lack of knowledge. Fantastic customer service. Kierstin, Samantha, and Brionna are all wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. Shortly after switching to them I had the first claim in years and they made the process way smoother than other companies have. My advice would be to drop whoever you currently have and switch to them immediately.

I love working with a local insurance agency. I’ve had insurance with national companies…you call and get a different person every time, on hold etc. etc. But with Kiersten Smith insurance their secretaries communicate so well, I couldn’t be any happier.
