Storage Sense - Shelbyville - Self Service

I had to get a storage unit quickly for my young son and myself due to a bad situation with his father. I had 4 hours to move while he was at work and you all made it so much more easier for me to rent a unit fast so I didn’t have the worry of where do I put everything I don’t have room for right now. I appreciate that so much since I have other things to worry about. You all have been very nice and assuring on things.

You guys are heaven sent, it was late in the evening and if I'm not mistaking. It was also weekend and you were still very accommodating.
Without missing a beat. What more can I say? You guys are beyond awesome?

I like this place. They have amazing customer service and affordable, competitive rates. They go above and beyond. The lady who helped rent us the unit stayed on the phone with me for an hour or more helping to decide what unit size would accommodate the things I have to store and with payment options so I could rent the unit remotely and move in immediately. They also sent text and email verifications of the transaction, gate code, etc... The next day after moving in they called again just to make sure things went smoothly and that I was satisfied with the unit. It is well lit, with cameras and fenced in. Everything is clean and in working order. The location is convenient as well. I definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a storage unit with good security, great customer service and affordable, competitive prices.

I like it! I like how it's gated, how you have to have a passcode to get in, seems very easy to get a unit most places it's hard to get one. I like how you can drive up on the spot and rent a unit, that it comes with a FREE lock cause most the time you either buy one from the store or they charge you for one and I like how it's a key lock. it's in a nice area for one I feel and my unit space has done well with all my furniture, etc... I got a 10x10 and it only cost me $49 to get started, $65 for next month and then after that $75 a month so honestly you cannot beat the price! most places are more expensive than that so I'm really glad I came upon this place. thank you Storage Express!! ❤
