Everyone is always complaining about the Post Office here, well my guy is the Greatest! We live in Nottingham Fields and as hard as it was raining today Our Guy got out of the truck to put our package on the front porch so it would get wet! This is the kind of service he always does, Great Job! Thank You!

Awesome place... Thank ladies and gentlemen at the post office for grindin every day to get the mail to is.... The people that are incompetent are the ones that can't understand how hard these postal workers work. Keep up the great work....

For the most part they're pretty good u unless you have a disability then your in trouble.I can't walk to get my packages and they promised they would deliver my pkgs to my front door.I use the app and each time I get a pkg I use my app and request they deliver to my door .well no luck with that.I try very hard to have my deliveries sent through fed ex they will deliver it to the door unless the p.I. handles it then I'm screwed be cause it's going to go to my box.very disappointing to me.I wish I could get cooperation from my point but I doubt that will ever happen.very sad by thia😟

Every time I've spoke with someone that work for this post office has been pleasant but the problems I've had getting packages delivered from Amazon has caused me to stop using this service. Which also makes me wonder what other mail am I not getting. I would give no stars as a review but you have to give at lease one. My hope is that some one will read this that works for the Postal Service and address these issues.

Tired of never getting our important mail. It always seems the junk mail makes it to my home without a problem but important things like bills and birthday cards are always weeks to months late. It's getting ridiculous. I've lived here for 13 years and this has only gotten bad since ce Covid. I thought it would improve now that things are back to normal but they've only gotten worse. I haven't gotten my Lowe 's credit card bill in 2 months. Thankfully I know it's due and I pay it on time.

I can’t talk to a person.!The recording doesn’t read the tracking number that I entered accurately. I have been trying for an hour.

I absolutely cannot leave any stars. I have informed delivery and know whats coming daily. The driver never even stopped on Monday with my mail. Watched him drive right by. So thought it would arrive on Tuesday, NOPE! Now on Wed, looks like only half of Mondays mail is in that delivery, of course if he stops to put it in the box...This is the most incompetent post office I have ever seen and I have been here 20 years and its only getting worse. (had to click one star or couldn't post)

My package arrived at this post office in Rising Sun Maryland on May 4th because I live in Oxford Pa! I actually spoke to someone at the post office that confirmed it has arrived that very day because I received a “postal service exception” notice 4 days after original delivery date!!! Today is May 12 over a week later and still no package!!! That’s because it arrived in Chicago yesterday!!! I get it, the post office is busy but COME ON!!! CHICAGO??? I’m glad I wasn’t waiting for anything important! That is beyond ridiculous, incompetent to say the least.

Worst post office I have ever had to deal with. They constantly cant find packages that say available for pick up at post office. The only employee there that's worth anything is Don and I think he wisely transferred because I no longer see him there. I'm glad most of my packages have been coming ups and fedex because they actually deliver them and for the most part on time. Save yourself the headache and use another post office!

I walked up to the counter, at the same time the gray hair employee did, instead of assisting me he took out the register money and started to count the money, I waited but he Never looked up so I left and my husband came in and got on to him. And the man said she doesn't have patience! Well you can figure out what my husband said to Him

Twice in the last 30 days, someone else received my Amazon packages (5 items in total)...That's not counting the numerous times my regular mail goes to the wrong address or else I'm delivered someone else's...When I call, their excuse is always that they have new employees working...Does it really require training to read and deliver mail to the correct address?! It's completely ridiculous (Glad I'm on the USPS site now, so I know exactly what's supposed to be delivered each day)

Nothing but a joke from this place. This is the 2nd time they have put the SAME package in the WRONG box within the past 3 weeks. But yet they put the yellow pick up slip in our box?! How does that make sense.

Not sure what happens back there but this is not the first, second, or even fifth time this has happened to us.

Unfortunately, DO NOT rely on your local post office to get your packages to you.

Worst post office I've ever had the misfortune of stepping into.
Four different times, Four different packages, and not one on time delivery. Always a problem. The workers cannot seem to grasp the only aspect of the job they have. Bring mail in, sort it, and put it in my PO Box. They just can't do it. Not even when I've stopped in and told them I was tracking a package, waiting for its arrival.
I've started contacting retailers and asking if they ship with USPS and if they do, then I cannot support their buisness. Waste of time, and money to pay for delivery. And FORGET about express shipping charges, because it's pointless.

I feel like I get a new mail person everyday. I have signs posted outside of my house number and I constantly get notes saying they can't deliver it because they don't know where my house is. It's ridiculous. They've constantly say that it looks abandoned when there's no cars there. Of course there's no cars there, I'm at work!

On 11/17 @9:00a.m. I mailed a bill from Rising Sun Post Office as of 11/27 they still have not got it and it was going to North Carolina on 11/19 Mailed a bill going to Michigan and they got that bill on Mon 11/26 ..Whats wrong with Rising Sun Post Office this isn't the first time
