Adam and Albatras are AMAZING this is hands down the best T-Mobile store I have EVER been. too. Plus T-Mobile is way better than Verizon in New England I wouldn't go to any other store.

Switched carriers to T-Mobile and went to the store to upgrade one of my phones fully expecting the usual long waits and nightmares of my previous carrier. I was greeted right away by a young man named Jackson and could not have had a more pleasant and easy experience. Not only was he easy to deal with, he was very knowledgeable and had me on my way in no time with all my apps, pictures, documents and accounts transferred, set up ready to go. I have since been back to upgrade two more phones and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jackson each time. The third phone was moving from a very old I-Phone to Android and the results were the same. Everything moved over and in working order with nothing to do but discover new things out the door.
If you are thinking of moving your service to T-Mobile, or looking to upgrade an existing phone, head to the Tilton Outlets and ask for Jackson P. at the T-Mobile store. He will make the transition easy either way and save you $$ where he can.

Went in to try their home internet, hoping to save money by dropping the expensive cable/phone/internet mess. Super easy to switch, works better than the old service. Stress tested by streaming and gaming on every device (2 smartphones, 2 laptops, 1 smart tv, and a desktop) simultaneously, and it never lagged. We were so pleased with that, we switched our two cell phones over, which lowered our internet bill even further. They even worked with our old provider to get our phones unlocked, and switched over, keeping our old phone numbers. The gentleman that helped us ended up staying late just to get the job done, and we were very pleased with the entire experience.

Was here on Tuesday this week and the staff was incredibly helpful to me in the setup of my new phone which the Apple Store people were unable to activate for me. This staff did it very quickly. I’m coming back to the store and bringing what will most likely be a new subscriber with me😀

Outstanding! Giles is an amazing sales associate whos knowledge is second to none when it comes to the mobile services provided at T-Mobile Tilton. He helped us pick the right plan and saved us a bunch of $$$ in data plans and phones. If you visit this store, which I recommend you do, ask for Giles and watch the magic happen!

This T-Mobile store and its employees are incredible!! They are kind and patient. Willing to answer all of my questions and very helpful to fix a different store’s mistakes that took hours to figure out. This Tilton team is the one of the main reasons I am still with T-Mobile today and I will not go to a different location in the future due to there amazing customer service, care and honesty. Everyone here deserves recognition because they are fantastic at what they do!

My boyfriend and I came in to the store today looking for some info on switching carriers. We worked directly with Alex, he was informative, super laid back, and patient. We had a terrible experience with Verizon and weren’t necessarily planning on switching right away; just looking into it. But Alex made it SO easy for us. Answered all our questions, hooked us up immediately and made the entire experience painless. Everyone working that day was so friendly and helpful. Glines answered questions Alex didn’t know, there was a wonderful young man who sat with my 3 year old son and watched videos of monster trucks and colored pictures to keep him distracted (which any parent knows is a godsend) unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. I’m very pleased with the service we received today and would recommend Alex and this Tilton location to anyone looking to get T Mobile!

I spent 2 hours on the phone with a T-Mobile Specialist, trying to get service on my new phone, only to have them say "You'll need to go to a store to activate your phone..." So I came here, these guys quickly had me in and out and service was exceptional. Thank you!
