I was in today picking up a pair of shoes that I ordered. Three of the women working there were absolutely outstanding!!! Riley was sooooooo unbelievably helpful as I looked for jeans and other shoes. I misplaced my keys in the process and everyone helped me look for them for 20 minutes and Kayla finally found them for me….I was so relieved. When I was checking out Valencia was helping me. I was having trouble deciding between two sizes and she absolutely went out of her way to get me a measuring tape and help me figure it out. You are incredibly lucky to have these three working in your store, with this kind of service I will be back very soon👍🤍

Went above and beyond to help me try and find some jeans that a friend said he got at the Buckle. Didn't find them but they offered advice to find them at a different location. Still got 2 pairs of other jeans.

The staff was very kind, they let me return clothes I bought from a different store,
I had the receipt, but the shirt didn't have the tag, and they still let me do the return...

Did my Christmas shopping here! Best experience! They helped with my list and got me everything I needed! This team is amazing! I love shopping with a stylist! You know everything you are getting is fantastic! Plus the gifts with special purchases are a fun bonus!

The Woodbury Buckle got a new manager last fall and what an awesome transition has occurred! It is organized, the employees are friendly, helpful and attentive. I really dislike shopping always - anywhere- but I go there when I need something new because they absolutely take care of me and make it as painless as possible! I also love that I don't have to be a size 2 to get nice looking jeans that fit and are comfortable! They do a great job finding the right fit for my body shape.

The 3 gals that helped us on 9/27/15 were fantastic!! My fiancé forgot his clothes for our engagement shoot in Hudson (we are from the south metro). We ran into the store and they were SO helpful getting him stylish clothes, quickly!!! And they were so nice!! Thanks!

Favorite place to shop. Jeans are expensive but are worth the price not only are they nice but they last. Employees are friendly and helpful. Can't ever seem to leave the store without buying something my closet would agree if it could speak 🤩

I forgot her name! I’m the most indecisive person when it comes to shopping for clothes, and an employee from this location went out of her way to show me photos of other girls in tops to help me get an idea of what outfit I wanted to go for. I’m extremely introverted when it comes to decision-making, but buckle always finds a way to casually help me without feeling too much pressure. Super appreciate this!

Zoey is your goto gal in this Buckle store! She ROCKS! - top notch customer service / customer satisfaction, as she asks and does the little extras to ensure happiness!

Buckle is my favorite stop for men's clothing. In particular the Rock Revival jeans and Buckle Brand shirts. Tons of jean options in various shapes, styles, and colors. Several of the jeans use a stretch fabric that is amazingly comfortable.

Always have cloths I like and not bad prices. Always up to date on style. I buy all my pants from here.
