M Health Fairview Clinic - Cottage Grove

I really like this clinic. I’ve been to quite a few and they’re one of the very best. came here for the first time with a number of concerns and every single one of them was addressed, and continued to be addressed as my symptoms progressed. I was a big baby doing some tests but the nurses were very kind and they laughed at my jokes. I’ve never been to a doctor for anything more than birth control in probably 13 years bc I didn’t feel like my current clinic would take me seriously, but I’m very comfortable here!

I've been going here for several years now and have always had a great experience. I recently had to switch to Nathan Koppe due to my previous doctor retiring and he helped make me feel at ease and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Sometimes it's hard to get a same day appointments here if sick, but that's my only complaint.

I am the type of person that visits a clinic once a year for my checkup that insurance covers and ask all my questions at the one visit. This clinic was very friendly from the moment I called to schedule my appointment to the moment I left after my visit. My nurse and doctor were very informative, honest, and straightforward for any questions I had. The staff was very professional overall and I felt welcomed at this clinic being a new patient. I am glad I chose this location for my checkup and will stick to them for my next!

I’ve been going to this clinic for years! Always been clean and never had an issue with any of the staff! The only problem I have with the clinic is that your waiting on the phone for a while to schedule an appointment. Dr. Kaiser is the best! I’ve had her since I was a teen, not only is she my primary family doctor, she was also my OBGYN for both my children and is now their primary doctor! She’s the only one I trust!.

Came to this clinic (10/22/21) looking for a primary close to home and just so happened to be sick with a really bad cold also. I saw Nathan Koppe and he is SO amazingly nice! He listened to everything I had to say and actually gave me medicine to help me get better. (Most drs I have seen in the past would just send me home and tell me to rest and drink fluids.) Reception was friendly also.. So glad I came here.

I have been coming to this clinic for a very long time. My Dr and her nurse have been nothing but fantastic. I always get call backs when I need them. She always, always listens and, I think she is great! Even when she is not available, any other Dr that I have seen, has always treated me kindly and they will always consult with my Dr for the treatment I would need. This Healtheast clinic is the best! I would and have recommended this clinic to anyone thst needs great care.

I have been with Healtheast since Mr Williams, GP,MD was located in St Paul Park. I am now 53 yrs old and I have always had the best care from my doctors. My father went to this clinic and my mother goes to this clinic. The people that I have personal contact with have always been the best in compassion. I like that I can pray with my doctor.

What I don't like is the insurance company that makes changes to the great workers. Since insurance companies have become bigger, the process of care has become lengthy at Healtheast. I don't like the multiple people I have to have contact with to simply discuss a issue. I don't like the time limits that doctors are forced to have with patients.

This is your average clinic. Staff is friendly, nurses return phone calls, doctors think outside of the box. I would highly recommend. Nothing negative whatsoever about this clinic or staff.

It is difficult sometimes to schedule an appointment, but know it's because it's one of the best clinics in the area and quite popular. We love it.

In person, the staff is concise to process info quickly.

My father in law see's Dr. Bartel, Dr. Bartel is the most patient doctor ever! We are so blessed to have a doctor who takes his time to break down diagnosis for my father in law. You can tell Dr. Bartel is very compassionate about being a doctor, we are so grateful for Dr. Bartel's care and time. The front desk staff is always welcoming as well! The only downfall is when making an appointment via phone, the wait time is ALWAYS 15-30mins long, unsure if this is normal or because of COVID19.
