Great customer service. Lost a package and submitted a form on the USPS website. The location found it after a couple of days and updated me through the entire process contacting me daily, which I wasn’t expecting!

I love this post office! They are friendly, efficient and work diligently to help you and to insure your items are sent on their way in a expedient manner. 😊

I live in New Albany and have had only excellent experiences with post office and my mail delivery. I'm surprised by the negative reviews - I've never waiting more than 3 or 4 minutes at the post office and they've been friendly and helpful. When I've done a "mail hold" it has always worked well. They hold my mail and then deliver it upon my return. Very convenient. I really appreciate this post office and the mail service in this community.

Very kind lady that was working yesterday afternoon, 9/27, helped me with stamps purchase. I wish I knew her name to recognize her friendly service. She’s been there forever. So sweet. Thank you for your help!

There were three employees waiting on customers. They were polite and helpful. The lines moved quickly.

I have used the New Albany post office many times for urgent delivery and packages, the postal workers have been professional and personable. It is important to listen to how you need to complete the paperwork so everything goes smoothly.
It is a post office, there is a pace of work and lines can get long but with patience and understanding on everyone's part, your parcel will get to where it needs to be.

The reviews for this location vs the USPS. There is a small but plenty of parking most of the times. There is a driveway postal box with is really nice if you don't want to get out of the car. Inside there are a lot of PO boxes and three used to be a self service machine but is no longer there. The people who work there are usually very nice and helpful although they do seem tired all the time

Fast, friendly service. I expected it to be packed today, and it was busy but they were so efficient with taking care of customers that my wait was shorter than I expected. I am so grateful! I was buying stamps and wanted some that the postal worker didn't have at her desk. She made an effort to track them down. I will definitely go back here when I need to mail a package!

Quick and easy, just needed a stamp to send a letter. In and out in 5 minutes. Came here one other time and did the self service for a package, also easy. Great place

I have never had a problem at this USPS branch. Everybody is always helpful and cheerful. I think they do a great job, considering Covid, the new postmaster, the way obstacles are being thrown at them (like removing sorting machines), and the way EVERYBODY treats them -- from the person at the window to the man at the top of the USPS.

On the tax day, the office was well staffed and though crowded there was an option for quickly getting done with Postmarking your tax mail. Also, It was recommended to add one more stamp to avoid unnecessary issues due to the little extra weight. I was out in 3 minutes and my visit was around 12:15pm. Overall a pleasant visit!

Angel was an angel! She made sure to answer all my questions about my package going overseas to my family in the military. I appreciate her care and making what's normally a kind of sad experience, a positive one.

New albany post office is my " go to " post office. All my experiences have been great. Postal workers have always been friendly, helpful and efficient. They offer suggestions on packaging that may reduce cost.
All in all pleasant experience.

Every time I’m in this post office, the staff are friendly and helpful. Remember it’s a huge job to manage everyone’s mail, so cut your postal employees some slack!

I’d also suggest that anyone who has a complaint about the USPS tries doing the job for a day.

Anytime I have gone in or called they have been friendly and helped. I normally print postage online and just drop it off but they always have what I need supply wise. The PO gets a bad rap normally but out of the 5-6 offices I use in the Columbus area, this one is the best.

Fast and friendly staff. Occasionally the line gets long, but moves fairly quickly. Parking can be tricky during busy times - just avoid those times (holidays etc) or print postage online for quick drop offs to skip the line.

I have already been treated courteously. I'm very comfortable there. I am also always nice and respectful to them.

I submitted a passport application at this location. I was able to easily get an appointment and the submission process went smoothly. The staff was very professional and helpful.
