Sandfly Locksmith is a great company to deal with! They have always been exceedingly friendly and honest in their dealings. I wanted a key pad system installed on my door. Prior to coming out, they asked me to email pics of my existing lock and the one I wanted to replace it with. That way they didn't waste my time and money if I was expecting something that would not work. They came out and in no time had replaced my existing lock with the key pad system. Several months later, I had a problem with the key pad. It was actually a defect in the lock I had purchased. Again, before wasting my money by coming back out, they walked me through a few things to make sure a trip was necessary. They did need to come out, but in a matter of minutes, they had worked their magic and repaired my lock. It's working great now! I really appreciated their efforts to save me a service call if at all possible. Thanks Sandfly! You can consider me to be a loyal customer!!

I traveled to Savannah from California and shipped my bag by UPS. When My bag arrived, I had an OMG moment-I forgot to bring the key for the lock and consequently could not access any of my clothing and sundries! I emailed Sandfly Locksmith that night and promptly received a response the next morning. I drove in to see them and they actually waited for me because they were on their way to an appointment. Within minutes they were able to unlock my bag and send me on my way..These folks could not have been nicer!

Keith came out to my residence the next morning after I called. He was very professional, informative, and fast. He was able to make a chip key for my car and get us back on the road when other locksmiths could not and the dealership wanted us to tow the car there add charge twice the price on top.

Corey B was a great help. I needed a key made for a specialty piece of equipment. I tried the "big box stores" and none were helpful. Even though my exact key was not available, Sandfly Locksmith was able to use their knowledge of the industry to find a solution and custom make me a key. They were able to save me time and save my company money.

Derek was extremely efficient, responsive and went above and beyond to help me out to re-key my new home. He even provided me with education on the European style locks that two of my doors have. He made sure I knew how they worked if I wanted to pop out the tumbler to bring them in if I needed to re-key them for any reason. I'm very thankful that the first company I called never responded! Had a hard time finding someone in town that I could physically to go to to get my key laser-engraved, until I found this place. The gentleman who helped me (and I apologize for not getting his name) was friendly, direct, and honest, and gave me an incredibly reasonable price for the services provided. These guys are fantastic. Had the right equipment to program a new remote/keys and car for my 2011 Mazda mx-5 grand touring and correct a problem with an existing key. Everything was well documented. Charlie came out to my vehicle that I had lock with the key in it. He opened my vehicle, cut and programmed a spare key at a reasonable price all within an hour! Charlie is very personable and knowledgeable professional! I have found a locksmith for life.

Visited this location after having a key broken off in the truck toolbox. The guys came out and took care of business right away. My husband who recently passed was an army veteran. One of the guys was an Iraq veteran. He refused to take any money for removal of the broken key. I tried to give them money to buy Easter candy or eggs but they didn't have children. They really made my day.
