I have had the pleasure of working with Blackville Health and Rehab for about four years, and I can honestly say that the administrative, nursing, and therapy staff truly care about the residents at this facility. They are a great team, and are always willing to do whatever it takes to provide the best care to the residents at the facility.

Blackville Healthcare has some amazing people there. They go above and beyond for their residents. They really know what it means to be a family and treat everyone like it. As an Administrator at another building I feel confident in sending referrals to Blackville because I know they will get the best care that they deserve.

As an outside provider who works in this building and having previously been employed there myself, in all of South Carolina you will not find a better or more genuinely caring facility. When I suggest facilities to people in my work, I always tell them that this facility provides the best care I have seen.

Blackville is a wonderful facility with amazing staff. They have a great rehab team that works hard to to bring function back to the daily life of their residents.

FIRST OF ALL LET ME SAY THESE ARE GOOD PEOPLE THEY ARE VERY DEDICATED TO TAKING CARE OF THE PATIENTS, I HAVE MET EVERYONE FROM MS. BRITTANY IN THE OFFICE TO MS.REED THE CHARGE NURSE AND THE HOUSEKEEPING TO NURSES AIDS AND WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS, MY MOTHER IS A PATIENT THERE AND ALL I HAVE SEEN IS PROFESSIONAL AND CARING STAFF, UNDERSTAND TAKING CARE OF ELDERLY PATIENTS IS A VERY VERY HARD JOB AND IT TAKES LOVING CARING FOLKS TO DO THIS, I THINK MOST OF THESE REVIEWS ARE WRONG BECAUSE ME AND WIFE HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THESE FOLKS, ITS A OLDER NURSING CENTER BUT ITS CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED AND ITS RUN BY SOME GREAT PEOPLE, I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE THERE FOR TAKING SUCH GREAT CARE OF MY MOTHER. Give it a chance the people are wonderful the circumstances suck as does breakfast

I am a current resident hear after being told I was coming to an exclusive rehab ninety percent of the food is served cold the portions aren't nearly enough for a toddler attitude is all over the place there is very limited professional conduct you sit in feces diapers with your super at the same time this place needs to be investigated and I'm going to help these people no man should haft to suffer this way not even a dog

My husband is a patient there and he was rushed to the hospital this morning because he had fallen out of bed. They got him to the hospital and the hospital was appalled at the condition he was in. My husband can not speak or walk or feed himself. And he was malnourished, he was septic, and his catheter had.not been changed. I'm working on getting him somewhere safe but dont send your loved ones here.

Was at this place for rehab. They are a joke. The staff are rude and disrespectful if you make a complaint. Don't send anyone here
