I had my mail scheduled to be forwarded to my new address since the last week of August. I moved into my new house still nothing. It is now the middle of October I can't get a hold of anyone to help. Online or on the phone. This is horrible

No issues for years until today, where the mail person decided to leave my items in a lock box without giving me the key. "She may have put the key in someone elses box, just wait till tomorrow" is an unacceptable answer after I've informed them that people steal mail in my area. Thats not a mistake that should ever happen, regardless.

They only delivered half to the mail. They said the rest is not deliverable and I need to pick it up. They don't care. They do not answer the phone. This is a failing business. Everyone was upset that they were failing but at the end of the day when you don't provide the service you say you will and don't have an easy way to speak to customer service you will lose business and we should avoid the USPS at all cost. Let them fail. They are absolute garbage.

I've had multiple packages not reach their destinations when sent from here, but no problem for other post offices in the area.

Unable to get out of voicemail for help. Horrible frustrating experience.
