I went in yesterday 01/02/24 around 12:50 to drop off my application for my passport and take a passport photo. The man at the counter (I didn’t catch his name) was very nice and helpful and made the process super easy.

I truly wish I could give a higher rating than this! My joy for the service I received can be summed up in one word…MAX! Max helped me SO much with all the information I needed to receive my expedited passport for a work trip I have. He was patient, kind, clear, and helpful with everything I needed. Max truly is the epitome of excellent customer service and he deserves all the praise for simply doing what he does and doing it brilliantly!

Got what I needed for packaging and shipped very quickly. Staff was really available.

Jackie did an amazing job and scheduling my appointment for my passport. She was brought, energetic and made my experience all the better. I also finally mailed two heavy letters that I had been meaning to mail for the last week. She made me feel less guilty about that too. Jackie is great! If you happen to be standing in her lane you are sure to get great customer service! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A lot of the bad reviews for passport processing are because of poor preparation or not scheduling an appointment. My experience was fine. I made an appointment on the USPS website, and made sure I had all my documentation lined up BEFORE I went downtown. My wait time was maybe 10 minutes, and the whole processing time was also only about 10-15 minutes. The guy was super nice. Come prepared, people! It's painless!

Always use this post office...efficient staff & usually very quick turn around time at the window!

I went to the post office on Front St, they were the most polite employees I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, very nice old historical building, I give them "five stars" 👍
