I frequent the Oleander USPS location. Many times they are understaffed, to many people's dismay. Even if the wait is long, the staff is always apologetic and pleasant.
Today in particular there were a few callouts and some people waiting were very vocal about how upset they were about having to wait. Eva and Derek remained polite, and calm getting through the line as fast as they could. Derek was visibly trying to be helpful and tried to keep the mood light. There another gentleman, I think his name is John, who wasnt there today but is always pleasant even when faced with a line out the door of unhappy people.

No matter which post office I've gone to in this city, state, or otherwise, Ive always had to wait. I dont know why so many people are "shocked" that they need to wait in line at a post office.

Elite counter workers, they handle at least one hundred parcels mine and all is well. These men and women handle huge work loads and only get complaints. I love the workers here! Nice even when I was first learning to ship and very patient.

I don't really go to the post office that often so I was bit confused on where to drop off my packages but this extremely kind worker helped me so much! I didn't grab his name but it was a young black man with a beard, he went above and beyond to help me so I didn't have to stand in line :)

I see a lot of bad reviews about long wait times on here!! Come on people!! We are in the middle of a pandemic!! They are under staffed!! Some of the nicest people I know!! They do a outstanding job!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!

Above and beyond service when I needed them most.
They actually answer the phone and were able to locate a mislabeled package I had sent before it was too late.

I recently had a redelivery issue in which an employee went out of her way to help me with while her manager was in a meeting. Thank you very much Kathy! Wonderful customer service.

Never had a problem with them. They take the most traffic out of all the post offices in Wilmington.

Shout out to Anthony for getting my package to me. Addressed something to myself incorrectly, by mistake. He made sure that it got to me, rather than being returned to sender.

Busy location but Edward kept the line moving and was very helpful with each customer.

I have had problems with UPS and Fed Ex but I have never! had a problem with the USPS
