COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

My husband and I have been using Walgreens for a number of years. I have never been more disappointed than I am right now in that pharmacies staff. I have been trying different medicines to see which one I could tolerate and some are pretty expensive. The last one I tried to get filled I was able to find a co-pay/loyalty card for which would save me a great amount of money on a medication. I wasn’t sure whether or not I would tolerate. The girl that was helping me lied and said my insurance company wouldn’t allow me to use a co-pay card which I found out from my insurance company was not true! I followed up with another phone call this time speaking to the pharmacist and told him the situation and kindly asked him to please put the phone call in to see if I could get the cost lowered by use the card? I gave it until the afternoon called back and the only thing he did was ask the employee what she had found out, he disregarded the fact that I told him that my Insurance company allows me to use a Co-pay card.. He said he would get back to me one way or the other after he called. I never heard.. I was beyond frustrated !!
I will not tolerate the disrespect and disregard for my needs.
So needless to say, I switch pharmacies right away!
If you don’t wanna have a situation similar to mine do not use Walgreens and Jasper.
