This place is awesome. They are prompt and help with all your needs. Alec is great and fast at fixing wheelchairs. Max is also great with all your questions and handling the insurance aspect with whatever you may need.

Alec is awesome! He’s fixed a couple of issues with my wheelchair brakes, seating and tires. Always on time, and very professional. Love how he thinks outside of the box and is willing to listen to my issues. Will be receiving my third wheelchair from National Seating & Mobility. Tom in Onalaska.

My smart drive needed to be repaired and the whole process went very smoothly. Alec changed out the circuit board, then re-paired my watch to my drive and made sure it worked. He was here on time and was very professional. He is a great asset to National Seating and Mobility!

Alec delivered my motorized wheelchair promptly at 8:30 this morning. He was very thorough in explaining all the details of the chair and then suggested I try it out. With his guidance, I adapted to it easily. GOOD JOB ALEC!

I always trust National Seating and Mobility when it comes to fixing my custom wheelchair. Alec was able to help me put on a new backrest, adjusted the push rims on my wheels, and took the time to make sure my breaks were perfectly lined up after each appointment. Only repair company I trust in the area!

They help you with your mobility needs. Like manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, scooters, patient lifts, beds... The woman at the front desk, Susanne, is really nice and helpful.

They need more people to help at the La Crosse office. I think are friendly and professional. There internal communication could be a little better.

don't follow up on calls and all you get is a recording

Very shady place. I bought a brand new mobility scooter from them bought it 5 months ago they been to my house 3 times to fix it with no results they set up appointments and don't show up my time is worth more than that. When you call them no one seems to take your call so you have to leave a message I would not recommend this place if you need a new mobility scooter. I asked the person that returned my call who owes the company he was not sure

Waiting months to order parts and fix scooter. STILL DONT HAVE THEM.

I called this place 4 times, NO call Back! Poor customer service, all you get is an automated recording.
