Dolce Gelateria

Perfect stop after a beach day on field 6/point lookout near by. Love the rocher, fig and honey, pistachio, hazelnut and especially the mixed berry. Tastes just like the discontinued Costco smoothie. Had to get some pints to go. 💯💯

Amazing gelato and fantastic customer service. I stopped with my sons when driving through the area today and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the gelato we purchased. The chocolate was rich and creamy, and my sons loved the Oreo and cotton candy. We loved it so much, we decided to bring some home for my husband (peanut butter and biscotti... which were also phenomenal), and hearing bar we had a 40 minute ride home, the owner kindly packed it in ice for us. My husband loved it and is asking when we are going back. Definitely expect to see us again this week. This is the best gelato on Long Island!

One of the best Gelatos Ive had outside of Italy! They offer many flavors and you can try them before you decide what you want. The Biscotti Gelato is out of this world! They are very polite and friendly. Everything is made fresh. Cant wait to go back and try other flavors.

Happened to randomly wind up stopping here, was pleasantly surprised! Really friendly staff with a wide range of in season flavors.

Best gelato on Long Island. Owner is super nice and there is plenty of seats and the store is large and spacious. Try the Fig and Honey you wont regret it!

Since ice cream is my favorite food group, I had to check out Dolce back when they opened. It has become a staple in our household. My fiancé and I sneak out without the kids knowing so we can grab a cup of gelato as a weekly ritual. We take the kids sometimes too lol. Danny and his staff are always friendly and accommodating and the gelato is always fresh and delicious.

I love the variety of gelatos at Dolce Gelato. All the flavors I've had are delicious. I like the fact that they keep the gelatos with nuts separate from the ones that do not have nuts.
I don't have to worry about cross contamination because when I tell the person's serving me that my son has a nut allergy, they take care in keeping my sons order separate if needed.

I have never had a negative experience at this gelato shop. The workers are professional and friendly. The place is clean pleasant to sit and eat your gelato.

Absolutely delicious Gelato! The owner and the young lady working there was very friendly and immediately after someone got up from a table someone went and cleaned it. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for great gelato!

Highly recommend if your in the area. It’s a good alternative to regular ice cream. Each flavor option is bursting in flavor, you can tell that all the ingredients are of quality. My friend and I stopped in last night and loved it. Service was very wholesome. The owner seems like someone who’s passionate in what he does and that’s exactly who I’d want to support.

We’ve been going to Dolce since
it opened and just love it. From the numerous flavors we have tried, their gelato is delicious, as are their coffee beverages, baked goods and coffees. The space is always spotless and I really appreciate how the owner and staff are very nice in general. Totally worth traveling to, but happy to have this spot close to home because we visit often!

This Gelateria deserves five stars! Stopped in yesterday and was surprised at how fresh all the options look. I was looking at the smore's option and you can actually see the graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate. This is because, Danny (the owner), and his team hand craft everything in their kitchen. That is not something you see everyday! All the samples of their usual options were absolutely delicious. There is a rotating flavor of the month where him and his team try a new creative flavor for a limited time only. I asked if he plans to expand to Suffolk because his products are too good to be away from! He said he also has another location in Garden City and Howard Beach (seasonal) and plans to expand soon! Definitely a must try and will definitely be back for more!
