Tim Hortons

Went through the drive thru and purchased 2 iced teas with a honey cruller. The drive thru person was very nice and didn’t give me attitude when I asked for a cup of ice. The tea is freshly brewed. The cruller was fresh. Great job with the customer service!!!
Recently returned and received an extra donut free of charge as the drive thru had a long wait.

Going through the drive-thru during a regular morning rush is crazy slow, expect a 10 minute addition to your commute and once you are in line you can't really leave. However, their Iced Capps are good and the people are friendly. If there is ever a mess up they usually fix it no problem!

Called on Wednesday for a large order on Friday. Staff was friendly. Showed up Friday and everything was bagged up and ready. They made it very easy and I will come here whenever I can.

A great team because of a great manager! (Bobbi) Friendly and fast. Fresh and delicious product.

Bobbi is the best! We go to Tim Hortons almost every morning and she is always so nice and friendly. Even when the line is long it moves fast.

My girl Bobbi hooked me up today with a donut, but it’s not really about that. It’s the way she greeted and attended to me that stood out and shows she loves/respects her job and others. Thank you for making my week start of well.

The morning staff is great. They are friendly and fast. No matter how big of a rush they have, they always greet you with a smile, accurate and fast service. My family and I appreciate the great customer service👍. Oh...they still sale biscuit sandwiches which is a plus. Another Tim Hortons we went to stopped selling biscuits👎.

My mother and I stopped by on our way to run errands. Staff was nice and we got our order in a timely manner due to their fast service. (The people in line caused the issue of slowing down the service. People on their phones in line and not paying attention.) Our coffees and Timbits were wonderful as well. Just the boost we needed.

Anthony was amazing. Running the front counter, helping with all orders including drive-thru. Making the food and drinks. He was everywhere.

I’ve been here a few times and they’re great. Today, they messed up my order but they were so kind when I called to let them know. Monte fixed the issue and let me know they will replace my order next time I come by, since I live far away. I highly recommend this location for their great customer service!

I drive out of my way to go to this location everyday, the customer service is phenomenal, they are quick, and even if they weren’t fast I would still love it. Always nice smiling workers, got coffee, and fresh food! Never unhappy with this place. Keep it up guys!

This is the best Tim Horton's out there. Coffee is always made right, fresh and they are the fastest drive thru I've even been through. (Even in the morning traffic lineup) Very friendly staff. Always a good experience here.

I went here a few minutes ago. Although there was quite a line in the drive thru, it went pretty quickly. The staff was friendly and positive. Great experience! The food and coffee are hot and fresh.

This is a great location. Service is fast and accurate. However, the wait time frustration people are talking about is due to the Busyness of this location, not the staff. Cars are often times out on the road due to the backlog but they are always moving.

I love the hot chocolate they make, the good fact is its more tasty than starbucks coffee and cheap too 😅

This Tim Horton's has great customer service and a brand new outside menu to look at! It stays super busy so if you have a little patience go for a visit. It's worth it👌

This location gives really fast friendly service even if the line is full I never had to wait more then 5 minutes. People who complain about this location who say this is the worst service of any Tim Hortons I suggest a visit to the Dixie/Walton location!

Fast and efficient in taking and delivery of your order. The coffee and turkey/bacon wrap was delicious and had good veggies with the turkey and bacon in the wrap. Coffee was bold like I asked and they had splenda and Stevia sweetness available.
