This is my new favorite place for all things firearms related. The customer service is amazing. They have a great selection, and Bobby went above and beyond to assist me.
I ended up leaving with a better rifle than the one I was going to buy, for a fantastic price.

I love this place. I hope for extended longevity in his life and business. Prices are right in line with necessary markup and no more. His transfer fee is digestible and respectable. There’s an experience going in here, and it’s positive. If you don’t walk out learning something, you did it wrong!!! Bobby will talk as long as you like, even if his pocket gets nothing. It’s neat, clean and comfortable. No question I as has been below or above him. Thanks for opening this shop man, I try to come by and purchase as much as my pocket will allow. Local. Awesome. Although I didn't buy a gun yet from the establishment they went out of their way to educate me on different rifles I was interested in , they answered my million questions with patience and friendliness.

Staff is super helpful, whether you are buying an item on hand or getting one shipped to store and need a transfer. Also had a great experience in getting the right optics mount just in time for fall for sporting season. Will definitely be back.

Very helpful and personable shop owner that answered all of my questions and gave me as much time as I needed. After being there for just 10 or so minutes I think there were 5+ visitors so this place must be attracting lots of foot traffic. The owner said it was a new location and he had been there for about 1.5 years. There were a good amount of rifles and pistols on display as well as plenty accessories. Great place! I will be back to spend some money with him as I love to support smaller businesses in the area.

This is the best store you’ll ever visit, the prices are the best around and the owner is as cool as a fan, him and his staff are super knowledgeable and will answer the dumbest questions for you (I’ve asked a few lol). I actually feel kinda guilty if I go anywhere else and buy anything because this small town gun store is one that has made a loyal customer out of me and if given the chance they’ll make you a loyal customer as well.

A wonderful locally owned small business in the heart of Lenoir City. They have a huge selection of inventory on guns, ammo and accessories with the best prices in east TN and maybe even in the entire state. I stop in regularly to see the specials and check out any unique items that roll though.

I’m shopped all of the small guns stores in our area and up through Knoxville and Maryville. Bobby at Volunteer State armory takes great care of his customers. He didn’t and doesn’t price gouge when most others do to match the current market. He will try his best to get anything gun wise you may be looking for. I buy everything I am looking for if he can get it from here now and have for the last year or more. Top service every time I walk through the doors.
