I was in South Lyon yesterday (don't live there) and had to mail a package so went to their post office. Excellent, friendly customer service. Thanks!

I spoke with Dawn on the phone to find a mail piece and she is very friendly and helpful! I visited this post office couple times before, and everyone at the counter is very friendly.

The staff in this office is fantastic. Very friendly and interested in making sure that all your needs are taken care of. By the way you can also get passport applications done here as well 10-3 weekdays.

I've been using this post office for over 30 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they have helped me figure out the most economical, secure way to ship things many times. They also have taken extra special care with such fragile items as baby chicks that I've ordered thru the mail. I haven't experienced the same level of customer service at any of the other larger post offices, so I always use the South Lyon post office, even just to mail the most ordinary item.

The gentleman at SL post office tonight went out of his way to make sure I got my dress in time for a wedding tomorrow. I am floored by how generous it was for him to do this after our regular mail carrier was in an accident and it might not have gotten here in time. He even called me at 9pm to make sure I received it on time. I am floored by his generosity and cannot thank him enough!

I find the south lyon post office to be very helpful and friendly. My mail person goes out of his way ro make sure I get my mail safely. Many times he put it in my garage. The office staff is also nice to work with. Keep upthe good work

The workers at this post office are really nice and they've done me well by my PO box, they've helped me through any issues I've had and I appreciate this post office a lot. Best one I've been to.

Had to get a picture taken for my passport. They had it done in just a few minutes, sent out the form, and it was all taken care of!! Very polite staff.
