Intercoastal Marine of Maryland

I have been dealing with Intercoastal for about 7 years now and they are the only people I’ll let work on my boat. I have a single 225 on my boat that I take up to 75 miles offshore. I need to know that everything is going to work as it should, that’s why I only come here. The owner Terry is straightforward no bs kinda guy who gives straight forward answers. He is very knowledgeable and treats his customers right. I have always been pleased when I get my boat back from them. The store itself has a good amount of stock on the shelves and I can usually find what I need.

Went there for the first time on Saturday. Per a friend's recommendation for a very hard to find Plumbing connections for my new faucet on the boat. Went to three different places finally went there they had it in stock. They knew exactly what I was looking for. Will be my boat supply place for now on

5 stars is simple: 1. They do terrific work. 2. They do it in a very timely manner, especially compared to other nearby places. 3. The prices are fair, and again better than nearby places(for what we've done here) 4. they go above and beyond with service, and are so friendly pleasant to work with!

As sailboat owners, we've only gone here for a few things here and there, but every time we do come in the door the customer service is great! Regardless of our question, they are always kind and helpful. We have had our jet ski winterized and serviced here and I have no issues, everything seemed great! Planning to return for more services on it as the 'hours' keep upticking!

My younger brother bought an old boat that needed some work. Neither of us really knew how to work on the engine but Terry and his staff at Intercoastal have really helped us figure everything out. Their prices are very reasonable - even if you compare to online prices. I can't recommend these guys enough! Thank you Intercoastal!

Bob. At the parts counter is excellent at parts for older boats. Had all parts in stock for a 1983 boat. Just awesome. Cost was lower than expected. I certainly felt his honesty and appreciate his advise on repair

Refered by a friend. Terry knows his stuff about older outboards. Had my engine running like new. Great work fare prices and he stands by his work. Had take it back and he resolved issue on 2 days no additional charge. My main boat mechanic from here on out. If i couldnid give him 10stars

The parts department could not help me with the part I needed but they took the time and spent 20 minutes looking through the book trying to find something that would work for me. Left there empty-handed but a good experience all around

Intercoastal marine has everything a boater needs. Rhonda and her crew are friendly and if they don't have it they can get it fast. Prices are better then West Marine by far.

Small but well stocked --- extensive collection of fishing supplies --- friendly service --- if it's not on the shelf and not in their several large catalogs, do you really need it?

So, since my 24 foot Bristol sloop sailboat "Solace" literally got fried from lightning a couple of weeks back, I have gone back and forth wondering if I had the confidence to take her from Maryland to Vermont; a daunting five hundred mile journey with the precious cargo of buddies, Mike Breyette and John Lezcano. Happy to say that Terry from Intercoastal Marine in Middle River, Maryland did more than give me the confidence to not only make the journey, but guided me through the extensive re-wire needed to get the electrical back up and actually update way past par what it used to be. His patience and assistance was just what I needed. He drew diagrams, and cut each piece of wire customized to my old girl and suggested the "right stuff". Intercoastal was also able to fit me in to get my Yamaha 8hp Four stroke outboard engine all tuned up for the journey. So I say a heartfelt "thank you" to him and the great staff there. I intend to call and talk to the owner on Monday to let him know about my experience. Great people and superior customer service. Don't go ANYWHERE else.

So, countdown to next Saturday. Highlights include the C&D canal, the Delaware Bay to Cape May, New Jersey, and some intercoastal waterway action onto an ocean passage to New York City harbor, up the Hudson River to the Champlain Canal lock system to finally Lake Champlain concluding at McNeil Cove in Charlotte, Vermont. Im excited for this journey and also excited to give these two landlubbers a trip that we will all remember forever, even if we have to go 7 days without the luxuries of a home on land. My house in Middlebury, Vermont will seem like a mansion once we get there!

Great Marine Store for all your needs they seem to have just about everything you could want or need. Very friendly staff that always make sure they ask you if you need help finding something and all around great store that I love to support before I go to west marine
