I came in same day need to have my data transferred from a broken cell phone. They were able to locate the data, transfer it and get my new cell up and running. The best part was how kind they were. They even stayed after closing just to make sure I could leave with a running phone and all my questions answered. They made a stressful situation better. I will definitely use them again and tell everyone about them.

Last weekend my lovely child was trying to show me a video on my cell phone and accidentally dropped it smashing the screen. Since I had insurance on it I was able to get it fixed with U break I fix for only 29$

Setting up the appointment was incredibly easy. The Tech, Chris, communicated with me to let me know when he would arrive. He completed the work on my phone SO quickly I joked that he must be paid by the job, not the hour.

The entire process from start to finish was the least stressful thing I have ever experienced when it comes to a smashed cell phone.

I've used this location before, without insurance and the prices are always fair. The staff are always helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone needing electronic repairs. And Chris specifically is wonderful! Give that guy a raise :)

I made an appointment to have my phone fixed enough so I can get the data off it onto my new phone. They told me it would probably take up to two days to get everything off the phone within the hour. They called me and told me it was all set and done, so easy they were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable

They absolutely saved my work life today. They diagnosed and fixed my phone in one hour. These guys were professional, friendly, honest and so easy to work with. I highly recommend this place!!

Was sent here due to a warranty fix thru Verizon and they were able to fix my pixel 6 phone screen the same day. Any hardware fixes should be troubleshot/fixed thru this team they know how to get the job done. Thank you for the service!

Hands down the easiest tech transaction ever! When I called the tech support was very patient and understanding. Stayed on the phone with me thru the whole process of submitting my claim. We scheduled for a tech to come to me the next morning(and it was already after 5pm)! The next morning Chris (the tech guy) showed up at my office. Very nice guy! Asked a few questions, ran a quick test on my phone, and assured me they see these issues a lot. Smiled and told me he was taking my phone to the van and should be back within 45 minutes. 30 some minutes later I had my phone in my hand, working as if it were a brand new phone! I wanted to kiss him!.... kidding.....😘 But seriously, couldn't be happier with the service!

Chris was extremely polite and professional! He was able to fix my daughter phone quickly and perfectly. I would highly recommend using this place! All of my future business will go to them.

The tech was personable and highly skilled. He called 45 minutes before arriving (in the estimated time frame) and completed the repair in less than an hour. We couldn't be more satisfied.

Chris did a great job fixing my iPhone 13 Pro max! It was only a black screen and wouldn’t do anything. He quickly got it up and running again. He is a very nice polite guy. Thank you!

I had a problem with my iPhone 14 where the charger broke off inside the charging port. I took it to YouBreak Ifix, and Carter from the tech team fixed my phone in literally 45 seconds. Did the service free of charge. So happy to have this place right here in Kalamazoo!

Ira at the Kalamazoo location was awesome to work with. I was surprised how quickly the screen replacement took to complete. Ira helped me out getting the Verizon insurance plan claim done and was positive and very courteous. I will use them again for sure.
