The guys at the desk were super quick and helpful! Came in for a headlight bulb and they had the one I needed really fast, and were willing to come out to unscrew the headlight section so I could put in the replacement bulb. I was thrilled with the friendly and speedy service!

They take used motor oil (when we change our own vehicle oil). They have a huge tank that you pour your old oil in and they use it for heating. What a great way to repurpose oil. Free of charge to bring it in. Remember, take your empty containers back home with you.

My fiancé and I were traveling to upstate New York from Maryland to visit his grandparents when my battery light came on and the car started running funny. Luckily we pulled into Advanced Auto where Tanya helped us out with a test where we determined the alternator was failing. We did not have the time or the tools to swap the part out so Tanya allowed us to leave the car until Monday so we could at least salvage what was left of our weekend. When we returned on Monday to change out the alternator it was pouring rain. Tanya's colleague, Luis, was kind enough to bring out a plastic sheet to cover us up while working and when it started raining harder he brought out a tarp for better coverage. HUGE THANK YOU TO THEM BOTH! They went above and beyond with their customer service.

The Allentown Blvd location has become our go to auto parts place. Ask for Tanya if you're looking for great service. She knows exactly where everything in the store is located. She happily volunteered to help us install wipers that we had tried to install unsuccessfully for 15 minutes. And she took the time to make sure we knew how to do the job the next time. When it comes to auto parts you want to go to the stores that have knowledgeable staff members. I needed a battery and knew that Jeff at this store used to manage a battery franchise, so there was zero question about where I was going to buy it. Jeff had my battery installed in minutes and treated my wife’s car like his own. Complete coincidence that we share the same first name. He is a real pro!

I go out of my way when I need parts or even information on my vehicles. Been a franchise auto parts store I am always overwhelmed with the mom and pop attitude from this locations employees. These employees go out of their way to find the correct answer every time and it seems like they really enjoy it. Especially this guy named Jeff , he knows just about everything when it comes to a battery as if he invent it. For the crew at the Allentown Boulevard Harrisburg Advance Auto Parts branch- continue in 2021 doing what you're doing by making every customer feel that they are your number 1 customer

Decent prices,had the part that I was looking for in stock (Subaru oil filter) as opposed to Pep Boys who didn't. Also a few weeks ago they got me a cabin air filter for my S2000 over night at below internet price

The staff at Advanced Auto Parts are knowledgeable and helpful. I walk in, tell them what I need and ask for recommendations. They know their stock, what is on sale, what has a coupon or rebate, show me my options and inevitably save me time, money and aggravation. Seriously folks I have a dozen places nearby I could go to, but they have even walked out to my vehicles, looked at fittings, identified exactly what I needed, and sent me on my way with precisely what I needed. I even offered one young lady a $5 tip after she helped me out, and she smiled and said "heck No!, thank you, but this is what I do!". She saved me hours of aggravation!

Melissa from the Allentown Boulevard store has exceptional customer service qualities and is very helpful and is an asset for the company, I would highly recommend her if you are doing any business with the store

The only problem with Advance Auto Parts, And I mean all of the locations is there's never enough employees whom can handle the amount of customers, and at times where they're 5 or 6 customers waiting to be waited on! However I always get everything and anything I need when finally being waited on, but I also know that I'm getting the best support as well as the product that I came into the parts store to begin with.

Needed a windshield repaired on a rental car. The woman working here found what I needed and repaired it for me within 5 minutes. Excellent service!

My husband and I bought a blade for our rear windshield wiper. We had trouble attaching it and assumed that the hook on the car was broken. We went back in to return the blade, explaining we probably needed to go back to the dealership. The employee (David) was super helpful and went above and beyond, checking to see if we had picked up the right blade, and installing it for us while explaining that the 2016 models had a new hook system for wipers. Awesome service!!

Clean store. Helpful staff. System said they had the spark plugs I needed when in fact they didn't. Employee came back with different plugs that were cross matched but were $6 more expensive, but then dropped the price to match the original plugs I wanted.

I needed two things valve caps for my tires as I left them when I filled my tires up with air on my motorcycle and my brake light didn't work and the gentleman behind the counter was more than helpful thank you very much

Installed my battery in 9 degree weather even though there were issues getting the new battery in. Awesome service.
