Small steak house on the Missouri River with absolutely great steaks. The wedge salad is huge and could be a meal in itself. I had the 8 ounce filet and it was very tender, very tasty and cooked perfectly. Service was excellent even tho the waiter had a Michigan shirt on.
Full bar of course with generous pours.
I highly recommend the short trip north of Blair to visit this gem.

Place is great! After new ownership the driftwood is better than ever! I would recommend it to anyone in the area. It's off the beaten path but with views of the river, people on boats of all kinds, great food, good drinks, and good staff. Will continue to go back with the wife and friends.

Food was WAY better with the new owner than it was before! The waitress, I forgot her name, was awesome. She was right there with drink refills and taking dirty dishes away. She was very attentive without bothering you. They had live music also. A guy playing his guitar and singing. He was really good. I will definitely be going back.

The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect at a small local restaurant next to the river. Comfortable surroundings and a friendly staff. Just as importantly, the food is terrific. This is the first time that I've been back since Lois took over and she's set a high bar for a small town steak restaurant.

I food is great price is right and enough food to feed a army or my boys. Onion rings are great for appetizers. Lois and the staff are amazing and a delight to talk with.

Went with my daughter. We eat out every week. Filet and ribeye were cooked perfectly to order. Both cuts were prime IMO. Mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious. Highly recommended.

Quiet comfortable dining experience. Food was outstanding...... large helpings of everything! Drinks were delicious and wait staff was very friendly.

We ordered food late got caught by train on way. Girls were glad to help us and super friendly. Food was phenomenal! Can’t wait to go back and dine in.

I had a filet it was cooked perfect, the sides were delicious. We also had pasta that was amazing. Jewell was a great waitress, I will definitely be back.

My husband and I ate dinner there this evening. IT WAS SO GOOD!!!! Our waitress was on top of her game! Such delicious food. It came out quick. Can't wait to go back for a prime rib night!

It was the driftwood before it was Lois's driftwood, She's only had ownership for I believe about 8 months, Surprised that some of the reviews under Lois's driftwood that were from later dates something funny, She also owns the one horse saloon and Nickerson, Excellent food both places.

We love coming here, great staff and always a great meal! Drinks on the deck is fun watching the boaters go by. My mom 85 years old also wants to go to the “Steak House on the river”

Had a great dinner and a couple drinks at the Driftwood. We sat on the outside deck and enjoyed the passing by boats. We could hear the music from the Cottonwood marina. Dinner was amazing, their bread is to die for. Smothered chicken breast, Ribeye and breaded shrimp...all kinds of fish, daily specials! This is a great place to come for dinner and relax.

Great place! First time I've been here and I've lived in Blair for over 10 years. Great people working here and a really nice view of the river. I recommend getting the big cut of steak which I think was a 20oz, My wife and I shared it together. Very good!

Great establishment! Food was amazing, service was perfect. If your looking for an amazing steak this is the hidden gem you are looking for. Spinach and artichoke dip with the bread and garlic butter is awesome.

We have been looking for a nice local restaurant and we finally found one. Awesome food, friendly staff, quiet atmosphere. Will return for sure .
