Just Right Grain Systems

Just Right helped us with a couple tree removals recently and they were fantastic to work with. Reasonable prices, good communication on timing, responsive to what we needed and knowledgeable running the crane.

We will be having them out again.

Not a very good experience. Ordered a crane and operator to set trusses. First, the guy was an hour late (was supposed to be there at 9-9:30 a.m. ,didn't get there until 10:30) which botched my day/plans all up. Then when we finally got to setting the trusses, he was at a snail's pace. (Not sure if that was intentional or not in order to bill more hours) but the house should have taken no more than 3 hours to set. Then when he gave me the bill it was for 10-3 when he didn't even arrive until 10:30 and we were finally done at 2:30, so he pilfered an extra hour out of me even AFTER he took way to long to set. Not to mention every time I was trying to give hand signals he was staring off into space. I wish I would have gotten the operator we were supposed to get. Things might have gone differently.
