We've had a post office box for over 40 years as we live on a private road. Sure once in a while things happen but that's life. Mostly though it's been great! Friendly, courteous staff. We'd all love longer hours but we're lucky to have a post office in our small town.

The folks are always pleasant there but the hours are horrible. We live on a private road so the mailboxes are on the main road and if a package doesn't fit we have to pick up at the post office and their limited hours requires me to leave work early to get there in time. I wish they could leave it on my front porch like the USPS use to when we lived at our previous residence. Guess I need to buy a really big mail box.

I am tired of who ever delivers our mail and doesn't know how to close the mailbox door. Ours has been left open 7 times now by 1 person. Sometimes it's hanging out of the box in the rain. It's a brand new box. The door closes easily, and just because it's huge doesn't mean Mail needs to be thrown all the way to the back or boxes crammed in it that are hard to get out.GET A CLUE !!! Do I need to call you to come and teach in and get the crammed box out?

Went to post office today to mail my package and the dark haired lady at the counter was very rude. I've always used their packaging tape and there was some tape on the counter so I asked for scissors to cut it and she said "that tape was left here by a customer and we don't provide it" I miss our other ladies! Learn courtesy lady...

This post office is terrible! I don't know who the postmaster is at this location but this location continues to deliver mail to my address that is incorrect. They have lost a very important Christmas card that should have been delivered to me. The post office is careless and doesn't seem to care how they deliver mail.

I agree 100% this is one of the worst post offices in the state. I got 1 package that was so ripped and torn up I still do not know what it even was in it. They are so not helpful in any situation. I some very important mail that was not torn to shreds but it was opened so not so sure this happened being sorted at a bigger office knowing how some items can get ripped in the sorting process I have it happen with a lot of magazines(yes some of us people still like to hold paper in their hands instead of an electronic device.). I have lived in the same apartment now for about 10 years so needless to say I was receiving a lot of mail for prior tenants. I did what I have been told to do for 40 years. Write on the front " NO LONGER AT THIS ADDRESS" or " RETURN TO SENDER, DOES NOT LIVE HERE ANY LONGER." After a couple years of this I end up getting a sticky note stuck to the front of my mail box left by the newest mail lady. She was extremely rude and inconsiderate in stating fr me to STOP writing on these envelopes and if I wanted I could contact the people sending the mail and inform them that these several different people no longer lived at this address. She was so rude that I took the sticky note tomthe post master and show them. They told me I was doing the proper thing in how I was returning mail that was not mine instead of throwing it away or opening it both which are illegal. The post master was very kind and took care of the mail carriers issue and untrained knowledge and so now I get my mail pretty regularly instead of sometime between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Hopefully they sent her back to take the civil service test or atleast checked her test before giving her a job of such importanc. Hopefully putting her through entire schooling on mail carrying too. So props to the Post Master for fixing that problem so promptly. Still a few torn magazines but knowing that does not fall as the fault of this post office. And props to the new mail carrier who gets me my mail, close to the same time daily. I thank-you for that. So a good/bad rating here but hopefully they continue to get better since they lost so much just trying to keep the doors open.

In the last 2 months, we have had two credit card payments never make it to two separate credit card companies mailed from this post office. Spent several hours getting both accounts cleared. From now on, not mailing packages or anything else from this post office.

stopped by at 3:40 to find out if my daughter's package in Phoenix would still arrive if it went out today...the postal clerk said "yes" and I asked her when I needed to be back with it and she said by 4:30! I found the entry door locked before 4:30...an inside light was turned off but clerk was still at the front counter so I knocked on the window she looked at me as if "what?" and held up my box and pointed to it then the clock...she looked right at us but would not open the door!!!

Within the last few months and a new mail carrier we've had NUMEROUS issues with our mail, not receiving it, it being given to the neighbors, damaged, returned to sender address unknown etc. Upon speaking to the post master who changed her story multiple times with the latest missing package I'm beyond frustrated. Your carrier is REQUIRED to scan your package AT YOUR ADDRESS, not next door. You shouldn't be told one day it was scanned at a certain place then the next day no it was scanned at the house east of you, then be told your mail carrier told you where she put it, she believes she put it there ( even tho it wasn't scanned at my address) to reorder what was lost. Our response was we were filing a complaint, her response you're more then welcome to but you'll just be redirected back to me. PROBLEM UNSOLVED!

The post person crams my box packages in to my mailbox!! They don't know if it's fragile!!! They need to treat people's packages better!!!
You should not be cramming people's boxes into a mailbox!!! Common sense if it's having a hard time getting it in it then stop don't keep cramming till it's in the damaging the box and item, take the item to the house!!
