Matt provided excellent customer service. Matt was attentive and pointed out what was wrong with the way my current ball was drilled. Matt drilled my new bowling ball and it fit my hand perfectly. I plan on bringing my wife’s new ball to get drilled soon. Matt was a joy to speak with. I’m grateful to have found such a great shop for our bowling needs. This is a great place for getting your ball drilled. The gentlemen named Matt; I had the pleasure of speaking with was very knowledgeable in his craft and even offered to go to the alleys with me to further my balls personality tailored to me. Would highly recommend him over others as he gets it done in fashionable time without delay and loves to have conversations while doing his job. Will be heading back to give updated feedback on his work to get my ball proficient to myself.

Matt was recommended from a friend at work. He did not disappoint! I went to him to drill a new ball and he went above and beyond and installed removable thumbs on my old bowling balls too! I was never a bowler but decided to finally take the plunge and invest in a ball to build some consistency. The entire process with Matt was a pleasure. He is extremely knowledgeable and very fair priced. More importantly though is the ball fits me perfectly, so much that any pain and fatigue I would feel before is nonexistent. I just started bowling again after taking 10 years off, I was recommended to go see Matt now 5 weeks into being back I am carrying a 210 average. His drilling and recommendations have been spot on. I highly recommend getting the it system it’s so nice to be able to change your thumb as the night goes on. He does a wonderful job and is a nice caring individual. Great pro shop. Owner is very helpful, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He’s definitely not a bowling ball salesman. If he doesn’t think a ball will work for you he will suggest something else instead. Does a great job with layouts and pricing is fair. Any issues he takes care of them asap.

I met with Matt today and I am confident he has the skills and knowledge to solve my bowling concerns. Matt's ability to determine what needs to be corrected and what changes are appropriate are demonstrated by his innate ability to listen to a customers concerns and the patience to find the best solution. Recently went to strike force 300 to order a new bowling ball along with shoes. After a 3 year hiatus from bowling I decided to get back into it. I contacted Matt Sammons and set up an appointment. Mat recommended the Quantum solid and Quantum pearl. The balls fit like a glove . Always been a bowler that struggles playing straighter angles. Matt spent 45 minutes watching me throw some shots and had an idea for a layout I’ve never used. First three series have been over 700 and definitely my first ball out of the bag. His work is flawless and done fast.
