Great customer service during my fitting. I did not have to make an appointment and got in right away. Suit fits perfect after hemming pants. I would recommend this location.

My first time shopping at Men's Warehouse in Mansfield and I will absolutely be a returning customer. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my son's first prom would be perfect. We will definitely be back for his Senior prom and for the rest of the special occasions in our lives.

Stopped in here on 10-27-2020, to be fitted for my buddies wedding. Our appointment was at 6p.

I've had the honor of being in many weddings, while also having had one of my own, and my least favorite thing always seemed to be the fittings, always something wrong, tuxedos late, didn't fit, chaotic.

First time using Men's Wearhouse, thinking, myself and others should have always opted for here.

The associate who fitted us was completely by himself, and there were four of us. He had us all completely done, fitted, dressed, paid for, and wrapped up much quicker then other places I've been at, that were much more staffed.

Don't recall his name, but, shouldn't be hard to pinpoint since he was working alone. He deserves praise for an awesome job and great customer service, guiding us through a fast and stress free fitting that made me wish all of my fittings went that smoothly.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I had to get measured for a suit for my grandfather's funeral in two days. They were able to measure me and get rushed a rental in my size. They work with my ankle brace issue suggesting types of shoes that I could use instead of dress shoes. The man who measured me was polite and friendly. He was very attentive to my questions and understood the needs of the situation.

I tend to buy my clothes from here online and if they don't fit I return them in person. I was returning a few dress shirts today when I came in and noticed two fully grown men berating the only employee in the store (who also happened to be the manager). They were screaming and throwing their hands in her face all because they came into the store before they were even open so she asked them to step out.

She handled it as professionally as she could've and once she was done helping them, even after they treated her horribly, she helped with my return in less than a minute. I made sure to let her know those two were ridiculous and not normal humans. 5 star customer service from her for putting up with those creatures 🤠

Outstanding staff and management!!! In short...Rebecca was amazing. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Husband not excited about shopping. She graciously set out examples for us/staff worked as team took care of sizing and alterations/color matching etc They knew we were on a mission and wasted no time. Had one set back with a stain on one shirt, didn't notice until we got home. Management and another gentleman went out of their way to assist us with another shirt/ tie. Sadly they didn't have the same color shirt/size/ Gave us other alternatives w/new tie and even had another replacement sent FED EX to our house. This was a huge relief. Best staff ever! :)

The employees were amazing and very helpful. I was in and out in under 30 min with a custom 3 piece suit ordered. Did not feel judgement from them at all, very friendly. I will be going back for more in the future.

Jon Blount was super helpful, professional, engaging and made the experience here. would recommend other Consultants that were working to keep personal conversations and conversations about customer to themselves or not where they can be heard by customers. Jon was awesome.

I always take my son here for a suit for Nights to shine and recently prom. They always have great people and service. My son is special needs so it helps they are all so kind.

If you're looking for a suit or just a sport coat this is the place to go. Very helpful employees that have your interests at heart. Great prices, great service. I won't go anywhere else for dress clothes. (You will love the way you look)

Brandon Collins and his team did an awesome job of getting my wedding party of 6 fitted for our tuxs in well under an hour. Very thorough in explaining everything to us.

Got two suits for a great price. When the delivery was delayed the management made sure to make things right. I am very happy with my purchase and how they handled the delay. Definitely recommend this store!

Went to Men's Wear house nervous about renting suits for my wedding but the sales associates made us feel great and made the whole process very easy. I will Def be back for future needs. I highly recommend this place.

I would be lost without this store. The clothing has risen my self confidence and everything. That I decided to buy my first purple shirt. I love it. Can't wait to show it off to the world.

Excellent service, good return policy, quality clohing and reasonable prices. Fast turn around for tailoring as well. You really will love the way you look.

The staff was great to work with. Picked up a rental suit I had ordered in Florida, made a few alterations and I was on my way.
