Nice and helpful staff. The prices were reasonable. I enjoyed shopping here with my grandma. My grandma bought several items.

Love this store at Sandusky Mall! The store is nicely arranged and very orderly. The clerk that was working was super nice, not pushy at all and very helpful. I overheard her talking to a customer about having worked for this store for 13 years! I hope that Bath & Body realize what a great asset she is to this particular store. I always spend too much time smelling all the fragrances...its so hard to decide, but I am always happy with what I come home with! I have cabinets full of candles, plugins and foaming hand soaps. I've tried dozens of other brands and none are as good as this Bath & Body brand!

Shopped the Semi Annual Sale. Fall/Christmas items are 50-75% off. I bought 10 soaps & 8 body washes/cream for $85. I saved $102!! The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Even when faced with rude or demanding customers the employees are always polite and courteous, and go out of their way to help you find what you want or something similar. Also very knowledgeable. I spend wayy too much money here cause of them😁

Always attentive, ready to greet you and answer questions. I knew what the prices were before I went in. Expensive but I can't get such quality lotions anywhere else.

Just try their products one time, you'll understand. For those that "don't like smelly stuff" try their Rose shower gel. Omg, so much better than the stuff at Wal-Mart. That scent is so light. Guarantee you'll fall in love.

I like their men's products. Especially the Bigelow Premium Shave Cream and Bigelow Mentha Body Lotion. They leave my skin feeling smooth, soft, and tingling fresh.
I'll usually only buy it when they're on sale, like buy one get one free. They do have good sales going on most the time for different items.
The staff here have always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products and sale information. 🌞 😉

Went in looking for body butter, my skin gets itchy in the wintwr and that is the only thing that helps. The lady knew right where the product was that i needed. There were also a couple unicorn items i saw and had to have. Overall very nice people that knew exactly what i needed.

It has a lot to supply with. Basically anything you can think that you can use to clean yourself beside shampoo and conditioner if I am correct. But they have a lot of different scents to choose from plus it's not chaotic nor a mess you can find everything easily.
