These guys rock! Veteran owned store full of knowledge, honest, and genuine people who will point you in the right direction regarding anything firearms related. They mounted an optic and bore sighted my gun for free!!! Over a mistake I made none the less. Remember to support your community and shop at local small business.

Across the board best and most knowledgeable when it comes to purchasing firearms body armor ect Brian is a absolute stand up guy and has been known to work with you on the price on a firearm new sales every time I go in I am the recipient of the first annual gun raffle and have the receipt to prove it this is my main source for firearms I highly recommend going in and seeing the great experience for yourself you won’t be disappointed

I've been to more "self protection" shops than I can count, having been out of the hobby for a couple three years now, I haven't taken time to visit these guys yet. I decided to stop by and see what they were all about. This is quite possibly the most professional shop I've been to. These guys help the customers, they don't talk down to newbies that I saw, and have a solid selection of firearms, ammo, and all types of gear. Highly recommend. Definitely the best shop I've been to in Kenosha.

I give an awesome 5 stars! I have bought multiple things here, and the professionalism and knowledge of men and women here are amazing. I am glad I go here for my needs, and gear, and knowledge. My first visit was great, I used them as an FFL for a purchase I made online. They were helpful, and they helped me with accessories with FREE installation! That's great service! I also took in a case to see if they could help me out with cutting out an outline for my rifle, and they did for no charge. This place is awesome! And they will continue to get my business. Everyone was so helpful! I walked out with everything I needed AND was shown how to take apart my 9mm and clean it!! So happy this store is here now and I’ll be coming back for classes 😁

First job: I used this place as my FFL. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, fair, and their prices are good. They get an A+ from me.

Second job: I then ordered a scope for my rifle, and they informed me they'd be happy to mount it, that they have pretty high quality equipment to mount it, and get it to atleast be on paper. Sure enough, the workmanship was fantastic, and the rifle was close to zeroed. Then, Terrance took it upon himself to give me a military discount. I did serve 4 years active duty in the army, but I hadn't brought that up at all. Terrance took it upon himself to ask. Great guy, great people, great work, great prices, great business. I will continue to patronize them any opportunity I can. HIGHLY recommended.

I am fairly new to the firearm world and am a younger individual, which lends me to my first recommendation of this store.
When I stopped in, I asked a few simple questions and Kurt engaged me with information that was relevant to my understanding of modifications/accessories. At no point did I feel the gruff judgement I have received at different gun counters which led me to asking more questions I had, which were all answered succinctly. I feel very comfortable asking questions and comparing accessories with them, to ensure I see all perspectives. Including, "I don't personally but many people are satisfied with X item because YZ reason."
Happily shop, will continue to shop, and pass along Paladin's name to those who are looking for a reputable, respectable firearm store.

Absolutely top notch customer service. Bryan was extremely knowledgeable, genuine, and not pushy on sales. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone of any skill level. I didn't know everything I needed to, but at no point did I feel taken advantage of, they really want to help you on your best path, thanks guys.

I'm updating this over a year later from the original review. This shop is my go-to for any firearm, high-end ammunition (self-defense, hunting, etc), misc parts, gunsmithing, and classes. Everyone in the store is very knowledgeable and not intimidating at all. You can tell they really love their job and love being there. They recently just renovated the store, so they have plenty to offer. 100% recommend.

Service was good they made sure we were comfortable when we left with our firearm and everyone was so helpful and informative.

The owner and his team were down to earth and didn't make you feel stupid when asking questions. They took the time to educate a potential buyer. Very friendly with great sense of humor. Glad to have a new dealer like them in town.
