I just wanted to give a shout out to Mark for outstanding customer service. I was stuck across the street at Speedway with a dead battery and Mark went above and beyond by coming over with a jump box to try & get me on the road again. Even though it wasn't successful, I appreciated all his efforts to help. (Sorry it drained your jump box! FYI - The dealership had to bring a 6000amp jumper to get me going.)

Well short backstory: I had a bad battery in my car. Like I put the key in and all the lights/radio and other sorts were on. But trying ignite the car, wouldn’t go. Like not enough to go. You know?

Then I called around and about to have tow truck to come get my car at my house. Then I call this AutoZone in town. I told them that I am literally less than 2 minutes out.

Aaron F. From the store came over to test my battery and jump start my car. Which shout out of to him! He got my car going. We drove to AutoZone. Got a new battery I needed, which they price match somewhere else that have better price . Aaron replace the battery and install it to!

I couldn’t help and say thank you to them!

They saved me so much more hassle and money.

Please people, make sure you literally in town or REALLY close for to come to you!

I received GREAT customer service today at Auto Zone in Defiance. My battery needed to be replaced. They checked the computer to see if it was still under warranty…the warranty had expired exactly 30 days prior. I was given a brand new battery (with no warranty). Auto Zone could have made me pay for the new battery, but they didn’t. I will continue to use Auto Zone as they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

We were pleased with the customer service provided by Jessica on Sunday. Her willingness to help us when our vehicle’s battery needed replaced was top notch. Her knowledge on what battery, providing tools and sharing her expertise did not go unnoticed. Hats off to you Jessica!!

This location was great. I went in to have a diagnostic ran on my car. Johnathan helped us and was nothing but helpful. Amazing customer service. Every question I had he explained the answer. There was one small piece we were confused about and he didn’t hesitate once he said “ let me show you exactly what I’m talking about”. He popped my hood and showed us. Great great great service.

Just stopped in to check my battery they diagnosed my problem and installed a new battery in 20 minutes. Brian and the guy that sold me the battery were so helpful. I am very appreciative of them

Overall a good parts store. Helpful staff, yesterday the manager checked my engine light, determined it was bad battery. The man replaced my battery. Appreciate this dedicated worker. Rewards program kinda sucks with time limit on it.

Excellent service this morning. I had my two year old son with me and the associate did a great job working with us two get what I needed and he went the extra mile to keep my son involved!

Had the part I needed at a good price.

I was recently in Defiance from Columbus visiting family. I needed to replace a 5yr old battery I purchased at this same store. Joey Z got me the battery I needed and even put it in my car for me! I have a 2012 Ford Focus, which has a very inconvenient battery location! But he came out and carefully and patiently swapped the batteries. Now I am ready for the cold Ohio winter. Thanks a bunch!

Autozone is ALOT better than Advance Auto Parts amd O'Reilly's in the area I'll tell you that! Autozone is my choice if needed!

Autozone is an awesome place. they have a couple guys in there that just know there cars. I'm not saying everyone but a couple every time I go in there they help me find exactly what I need. a lot of times I don't know exactly what I need. They get the parts as fast as I can. I always try to save you the most money. And they do return super easy.

You might pay for a lifetime warranty but it's well worth it . As long as you own the same car truck Jeep vans , they have all your Auto parts needs

AutoZone staff are the friendliest people in the world. They should have different stores compete against each other, to find out who has the best employees. My bet would be on this stores location. Seriously, these employees are angels in disguise.
They are the 12 apostles, reincarnated as AutoZone workers. These AutoZone staff members are like Gods and Goddesses, walking amung us humans, teaching us how to properly live and treat one another. Praise the AutoZone members!!! Thank you for gracing us with your divine presents. Five stars. No, make that 500,000 stars.

Mark went above and beyond the level of good employee to locate our warranty Info and to make sure we left with everything we would need to complete the task at hand.

I go there for all my cars. Staff is excellent and helpfull.
