Special Grounds Coffee

People travel for hours to come to this place and I could never understand why. Well, just visit one time. To die for deserts and decent selection of breakfast foods and sandwiches, but definitely a coffee place for sure. Excellent Chai Tea, the wife loves it!! Also they employee a really sweet group of people..very hard working, very cheerful. A must see visit for sure!

My sister and I had a lunch while working on a workbook together here. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We sat in the back and the lighting was not too dim but not bright at all. There were others sipping their drinks and eating without interrupting us. It was a great balance of light and noise. We both had the southwest chicken salad with a dragonfruit lemonade with an oatmeal cream pie cookie, all was fantastic. We will be returning more often🤍

Such a cozy and relaxing place to go for some of the most flavorful and delicious beverages along with their high quality foods and snacks. Definitely a place I'd go back to many many times. Everything goes to a good cause aswell, so an even bigger plus there.

I love visiting here anytime I'm in Wauseon. They have a nice, clean, welcoming environment and play fantastic music. They have great coffee and offer flavors like butter pecan and cookie butter that I haven't seen anywhere else locally. Great sweet treats too! Try the homemade oatmeal cream pie!

Great place great coffee just plan on waitting on the long line lol but it is worth it in the end!

They have the best Breakfast food. It's the only thing I've had there. But always hear great things about their coffee. You can also buy just the coffee grounds to make your own at home!

Visited for the first time today. Nice, clean and bright atmosphere with an additional seating area that’s quieter, with more muted lighting. I had a cappuccino, a sausage breakfast sandwich (best sausage ever!) and an exquisite cranberry shortbread tart. I also had a taste of their massive peanut butter cookie. All were delicious! High quality place with friendly and attentive staff. I was impressed and will visit again!

We rented the sanctuary for a shower. What a beautiful place! The coffee shop is available for drinks and snacks. Plenty of parking is available. The people are so easy to work with.

The best of the best is worth the drive! I'm coming here for now on. It is peaceful beautiful, help are friendly and beautiful it is a non-for-profit business, proceeds go to children and adults that work here and Sara's Garden! The coffee is absolutely the best I've ever had! Actually such a beautiful day today I'm going back out there today.

Not only is the coffee smooth no tartness after taste, the staff is nice easy going!!

The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Absolutely love the coffee drinks and I always make sure to grab a couple peanut butter cookies for me and my fur babies. The breakfast burrito is yummy! I've also had the breakfast sandwich, protein balls, and the southwest salad. They have other sandwiches for lunch, salads, desserts and tea drinks. You should go there atleast once. It's my favorite place.

What an awesome coffee shop! Out-of-towner looking for a local coffee shop to work remotely. Try the Hope Latte and ask for some extra cinnamon spice (server's recommendation). Friendly, warm staff and a welcoming environment. It was so good, I came back later in the day for round 2.

Staff was so nice, took our order promptly. We ordered 2 breakfast burritos, 2 caramel cream lattes and a breakfast parfait. All of it was amazing, and only $20! I’m looking forward to being a repeat customer to this place. And the best part??? It’s right around the corner!
