We scheduled an appointment to get our passport photos taken so we could get our passports renewed. The clerk who helped us went above and beyond with her advice to make sure we had everything we needed to send in our renewal information. I wish I had gotten her name because we for sure would have missed a piece of information without her. 5 star service.

I ship with this post office all the time, never had a negative interaction with their staff. People have to understand that USPS is under a ton of pressure and is hugely underfunded. The employees are doing the best they can under these circumstances. If you want to save some time and money, print out a shipping label at home with a 3rd party site!

I've only had one minor problem there, but it wasn't really their fault. My ex started using my PO Box address to be a jerk, and they were putting his mail in my box, with my name on it, that he didn't pay for. I doubt they have time to check names against boxes. I'm sure they just look at the PO Box# and put it away. Not their fault at all. The staff have always been helpful and friendly to me, and I will happily go there again.

I had a great experience at the postal service on drake road. When i came in there was a line, not too big. What really caught my attention were the clerks at the retail window, they both seemed to be in great moods and vibing off eachother. I don't usually post reviews but i felt this was necessary, i instantly walked out in a good mood after visiting this location.

Had to edit my post, just got off the phone with a lady named Monica. She was super helpful and helped me find my lost package. Great customer service 5/5.

There was a long Monday morning line but it moved quickly. Courteous service was provided.

I've been to this post office many, many times, including just prior to their closing and have NEVER had a bad experience. I'm sorry to hear their is a rotten apple at the counter:( That is bull crap and she needs to go away!!!

All of the workers are friendly and helpful and my service here is always fast, especially considering the mass influx of packages being mailed during the pandemic.

Was able to get in and out quickly and pick up what I needed to mail my item for a fair price.
