Vision Ace always has what I'm looking for. The people that work there are helpful help me find what I'm looking for. If I don't know how to use when I'm purchasing there is always someone there to help me out and tell me how to use it it's very nice I bought a beautiful Craftsman walk behind mower their wonderful absolutely wonderful.

Great store, with hard working employees. In a time where big box and apathetic employees are the norm , I am grateful for places like this where customers still matter. I see happy customers each time I have been in here so I know I am not alone… Only have been to Vision Ace stores , no need to go elsewhere.

Great place to shop! Always a friendly, knowledgeable clerk ready to assist you. Fully stocked store. I always find items I need. Today, I bought a dremel, can"t wait to try it. Also bought paint supplies, and garden supplies. So much to choose from! Really a pleasure walking up an down the aisles. Easy to find what you need.

Needed a locking latch for our 5th wheel. Upon walking in the door, there was a young man greeting us. He asked if we needed help, told him what we were looking for. Without skipping a beat he replied with " no problem, you can find that in Isle 30 halfway down on your left" we walked right to it, they had several options for what we needed. Picked outs and was out within 5 minutes. Great & knowledgeable staff.

This is the old style hardware store where the friendly staff greet you and offer to help you find things. What a breath of fresh air. Prices seem the same as Home Depot and Lowes but with nice people who want to help. I bought a grill and they assembled it and delivered it for free!

I've been shopping at this location for years and love it for one reason. The grills and grilling supplies they carry are incredible! I'm a huge fan of the Big Green Egg and purchased mine when I lived in Ft. Lauderdale in 2003. That makes 20 years I've been using it and I fire it up at least twice a week. Well, the inside fire box is starting to crumble and I have a couple paint chips on the exterior. So I went in and spoke with Terry. She asked me to send her some pics and my contact information and she would file the warranty claim with Big Green Egg.

As I was getting the info together, Terry let me know that the warranty would only cover the ceramic parts and not the metal parts and that sounded reasonable. The day after I supplied the requested info, Terry let me know that Big Green Egg was going to send me a new Egg minus the metal pieces which isn't a problem because I can swap out what I already have because its in good condition.

So I bought this grill 20 years ago and Big Green Egg is replacing it with a new one. Can you do that with a big box grill? I hear people say that they are expensive and that may be so on a short term view. Back then I think I paid around $850 for mine and I've been using it for 20 years and with the new one I'll get another 20 years. Not as expensive when you think of it as a lifetime grill.

Fantastic service. Weber grill was delivered, and the old one picked up. Home Depot did not have it in stock and a very limited selection. Ace was $40 less than Home Depot. Highly recommend

WOW!!! I just had a very very wonderful experience in this Ace Hardware this evening. I was immediately greeted by John and he was such a professional guy and has a awesome attitude towards life and towards the company that he works for and represents. John had the knowledge and an attitude that we all like to experience when doing business in retail environments however in this day and age it rarely happens. You can tell this guy really loves his job and takes great pride in it and representing Ace Hardware. I will drive the extra 10 minutes next time I need something just to do business with him and his store. John thank you so much for your help today you're a great guy

Very nice people. I needed keys made for a house I purchased. Maria stopped what she was doing and made 6 perfect keys the old fashioned way. They worked perfect. Ace keys always work.
