Dunkin'

Gotta love Legacy Concepts who is a multi-unit Dunkin Donuts franchisee throughout the Twin Cities with locations in Richfield, Plymouth, Bloomington, and I think U of M. The stores are clean, the employees are friendly and professional, and I've never had a problem with my food and/or beverages.

Got my usual powdered vanilla cream donut and unlike other Twin Cities bakeries ( you know who you are 😎) they actually contain filling inside of them. Took the other donuts to a friend and that brought a smile.

We stopped in for an early breakfast treat this morning. That's always the best time to go to ANY donut shop: soon after they open. You not only get the best selection but also...the donuts are extremely fresh. I know they likely make donuts all day long seeing as they are open into the early evening. There's just something about that early morning batch though. We always go inside to order...have never used the drive-thru. While service has always been just fine...they do kind of push you to order quickly to keep the line moving. I get it...not a big deal...just sometimes it takes a minute to figure out exactly what we want...and...how much. They offer a small dine-in area too...if you so choose to do so. I rarely get any coffee but...I did today. I tried an iced regular coffee...and...it was good. I did figure out I'm not much of an iced coffee person however. Haha! The donuts have never disappointed. They are the main draw afterall. I liked having my favorite donut shaped as a heart today...Valentine's month cuteness. We enjoy their donuts...and...will always stop at a Dunkin' when the mood strikes.

The drive through on weekday mornings and most mornings are on their game! Love this dunkin

Best Dunkin in the area. Avoid the Dunkin in Richfield off Penn and 66th.

The coffee is amazing! The donuts are fantastic! But you seriously need to try the mini hash browns/mini tots!! How do they get that smokey flavor in them?!?

Love the fact that this came to Bloomington and just down the road from me. Vast variety of breakfast/snack items and enjoy the iced coffees. Will always come back 🙂

*9/10* Visited today and upon opening a box of assorted donuts, found a gnat crawling on a cruller. Gross.

*1/14/23* Received a stale donut within our assortment and the coffee wasn't hot.

Great customer service, drink offerings, and honestly the breakfast was better than any drive through coffee joint I’ve been to yet. My only “complaint” would be the hashbrowns, not a very impressive portion and they were cold. I’d still definitely return for the rest! Nice work Dunkin’!

I love going to this location and by far since moving out here is the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I’m always greeted by 2 of the kindest, sweetest, beautiful ladies every time I come! Great service and the food is always amazing!

I’ve been to many Dunkin’s in my life and by far this is the greatest customer service experience. Kait totally went out of her way to make an order right! There’s a reason Dunkin’ has been my favorite over the yrs and Kait just confirmed why America runs on Dunkin’! Thank Kait from me and my step daughter!

Great service! They also keep the temp at 62 inside...great place to cool off after a long run. I also sleep pretty hot, so I might just grab an inflatable mattress and spend the night. I'll sleep great and hace coffee available in the morning.

The rumours I’ve been hearing about their coffee is true. The best! Very good. I got the cold brew. Added foam was worth it. Amazing maple donut.. darn it. Haha

So happy this place exists. This location is much better than Richfield Dunkin' Donuts. Not only is the location and parking lot better, but the people who work here know how to make the food/drinks. The staff is patient, kind, AND properly trained.

I take my daughter to get a donut every Thursday. The service is always great!! So happy we have a dunkin in west bloomington!

Butter Pecan needs to come back... Other than that great team and management,they so nice and clean. Since I been going,only been one time straws wasn't available.

Yummy. They have new avocado toast topping with sun dried tomatoes. So good. Had to find due to small signage.

Amazing drinks like all locations. Just drive thru little rough don't take the short that is not a shirt cut

I’ve always had a great experience here! Staff very helpful in general, especially regarding issues from the app. I’d much rather go to this location even though the Richfield one is closer to me.
