Costco Tire Center

We ordered tires online, but got a flat in the meantime. They fixed our flat without an appointment and gave us a same day appointment to put the other tire on and rotate the tires. Thankful for the great service. We can drive safely again.

Boy, I'm a little surprised to see a few negative reviews because my experience was so positive. l'm a fussy guy and they were working to install snow tires on my Porsche SUV. Anytime someone touches my wheels, I get the willies.. but it is a necessary evil as tires wear and MN has 4 seasons.

My positive ratings are based on these elements:
* I ordered the tires online and they arrived in 3 days which was well ahead of promise date.
* A service advisor called to let me know they arrived and asked if I'd like to schedule an appointment.
* I showed up a week earlier than my appointment, dropped the wheels for the new tires and they completed installation within 2 hours of drop off (I did not request expedited service).
* These are staggered wheels and the tires have a specific rotation. 9 out of 10 times other tire shops manage to screw this up somehow. Ben and his Costco team got it right.. the 1st time!
* They used wax/lubricant on the install to help with the tire mount. My rims look pristine without any blemishes

I hope others have similar experiences and take the time to mention it :)

Got two new tires here yesterday and they had stock available and were able to get me an appointment the same day. The staff was very professional and courteous and their prices are reasonable. Really great job here after a stressful morning getting a flat tire on the highway. Keep up the great work!

I had a flat tire yesterday, and I decided to call them. I originally had an appointment at 9:30 on Saturday morning, but they were kind to fit me in yesterday. I had to make it before 6:30 pm to get my tires fixed. Everyone was helpful and they were answering every one of my questions. They even kept me updated as the process went along. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

My tire pressure sensor loss activated and I thought it may have been due to construction debris in my neighborhood. I drove to Costco and they evaluated the issue on the spot without waiting. Unfortunately my wheel had cracked and was not drivable at that point. Staff members went above and beyond in helping me with transportation, solving the issue, and communicating the problem with me. This was all done despite me having not spent any money on tires or wheels at Costco. I ended up purchasing replacements from Costco, had a quick and smooth installation. Highly recommend them!

Only redeeming factor here was the extra 5 minutes Ben lent us after our tire light turned on as we were driving away. He took time to scan and ensure we were leaving safe. His teammates were dismissive, unkind and seemed bothered by our presence.

Came here 12/23 for a tire rotation, my first one since getting tires thru Costco. Wait was long with appointment, around 2.5 hours.

Noticed vibrations going over 50mph for the next 500 or so miles. Brought in to my regular shop today and all tires were unbalanced. One tire (which lost a center cap due to vibrating) was off by almost 2 oz. Which is a bummer because free rotations for the life of the tire at Costco, but at what price? Unbalanced tires will cause uneven tread and could even void the warranty thru Costco.

Costco reimbursed me for the balance price and the center cap, which was very on point for them. Tire center may be a miss but I will still continue to come here for everything else!

I've been burned 3 times here. I bought a new set of 4 and about 2000 miles later a tire light came on. Antonio Jennie put air in one and said it could be normal (with nitrogen?). He let me leave with a nail in my tire rather than checking it with no vehicles in front of me. Another time I made an appointment, got in and waited two hours before I went up and said what is taking so long. They told me they needed another 45 minutes. That was not okay. Now the same thing has happened again.

If they dropped the ball any harder, this place would be drafted as a wide receiver for the Vikings
Ordered tires, and the order was cancelled two weeks later. Reordered and took an additional 1+ week to arrive. Scheduled an appointment which I cancelled because they were running 2+ hours behind and didn't tell me until I asked what the status of my vehicle was and they informed me they haven't touched it yet. Rescheduled for the next day, which I rescheduled because they were (again) running behind. Admin told me I would be contacted to reschedule after that, which didn't happen. Called to reschedule once more and they ran behind... Yet again. If you read this far, please send help as I am probably still waiting for my service to be completed

Ordered tires online. The order confirmation email said I would receive another email when they had arrived at the tire center. No such email ever came, and I only knew they were there because I finally checked the tracking information. As a result, my installation appointment ended up being three weeks after the tires arrived. Making the actual appointment was its own nightmare, since I had to spend at least an hour calling with no answer and then on hold. When I turned up for my appointment, they could only find two of the four tires from my order. Presumably they gave them away to another customer while they were sitting there for THREE WEEKS. In the meantime I have had to store a full set of wheels/rims that for some reason could not be delivered to the tire center, I have wasted hours of my life accomplishing nothing, and have had to drive on slippery roads which defeats the entire purpose of having planned ahead and ordered snow tires back in OCTOBER.
