Blair Clinic and Walk in Clinic

I've gone to the walk in Blair Clinic because I fall and hurt my hand was taken care of very professionally and everyone was very nice.
Gone to Blair Clinic to see a new doctor for me Dr. Amanda Duxbury she is a very nice and Professional doctor, I like her very much. She is very smart and I like the way she thinks. The nurse that took me back, and took my weight, blood pressure and heart rate was very nice and professional, the next nurse was nice and professional she took down why I was there and got my medication list while answering some of my questions. Everyone at Blair Clinic was very nice and Professional and I liked them all and felt like I was taken care of nicely.

Very clean and friendly. Nurses were very nice and gentle. Not everyone can get my tiny veins to cooperate with a blood draw. Dr Baumberger was easy to talk to and listened. She was also gentle. I even received a call that same afternoon regarding some of my blood work results which required a prescription. They generously set up an appointment for my mammogram while I was in the office. So far, I feel very confident in my decision to start care at the Blair Clinic.

We saw Christy today and she was very knowledgeable with my kids sinus issues. She was professional with great bedside manner. We will be back to see her.

I've been going to this clinic since 2010 and delivered both babies here. Absolutely love this clinic and hospital!

So clinic was open until 5pm and my bf took my 2 year old in for cough,fever,runny nose. Just wanted her tested for viruses. They told him we can't see you it's to late. Like wait isn't ur business open until 5pm. Maybe you should change the time online then if it's 4:40. He showed up at 4:40 and was turned away. Very upset with clinic.

Dont let your refills lapse..... they are incapable of refilling via fax from pharmacy. Left message for medical staff on answering voicemail 2 days ago,still havent got return phone csll back

Went to ER just got got wisdom teeth out. Was having severe headaches. They pumped me full of pain meds did a CT and then discharged me 7 with supposedly Cluster headaches. At 11 o clock I was running a 104.5 fever and had to go to Methodist hospital ER they ran me through all their test and found that I had cellulitis in mouth skin tissue in my mouth. Will never go back to this hospital.

I have been to the clinic 3 times this month for an ear infection. The last time the Dr stepped in the door said I need to see a ENT. I was still charged to co-pay even tho I wasn't even examined. I was informed since she entered the room I would still be charged.

Doctor cared more about me not being on birth control than what I actually came in for, which were painful and swollen lymph nodes. I’ve been here at least 5 times over the last few years and never have I actually been helped. “Just keep an eye on it” seems like everyone’s motto around this place. I did keep an eye on it and now I’m concerned... which is why I went. Thanks for nothing doc.

My kids went in for school physical and came out with additional set of shots that they already had because they didnt even bother to ask about shots and get permission to give them!!! Will never return due to illegal practices.

This place is a joke! Went in to walk in clinic was told 45 minutes to an hour wait ok that’s fine after an hour I asked how much longer was told a half hour wow waiting room was EMPTY except for me! So I waited another hour still nothing needless to say I walked out and will never go back!!

The triage nurse joann is rude and unprofessional I've been going to this clinic since I was 16 and I'm 33 I've never been talked to in such a rude way...I needed to simply set up an appointment for a annual exam so I could get my prescription refilled and Joann scheduled the appointment for the wrong day then blamed me for being mistaken I have to request time off from work 2 weeks in advance and the day I made this appointment my boss was there and I had my phone on speaker so we could get the date and time in...Joann told me one date which is what I requested off then scheduled a different date without telling me then refused to work with me so I could get my prescription refilled while waiting for the new appointment I had to set up...then made comments on how adults should be able to make there appointments without having to go through so many issues the clinic itself is fine it's this triage nurse that's needs to either be reprimanded or fired!!

Their billing department continually fails to do their job and incorrectly bills us even after we have spoken with our insurances. Go somewhere else, it's a billing nightmare.
