T-Mobile

Phones/phone plans are pretty much the same across all the providers. The customer service makes the difference. We stopped in to add a line to an older Sprint plan we had. Nicolette was great and let us know coming in on the 9th would make it alot easier to convert the plan and add a new line. I really appreciate her customer service and advice. We'll be back.

My husband and I had a complicated change of responsibilities from old accounts which this took a lot of the employees time. Each person who helped was friendly and patient. Devante was helpful and explained everything very well with our new plan and wrote it out for us. Jose & Eric took over later in the process and were also great to work with! Great team work and multi tasking !

Jason was phenomenal and helped with all my phone needs!

I had to come in close to closing time to do an upgrade, but the staff were understanding and made sure I was good to go before closing up. I worked with Jose, he was very friendly did a fantastic job.

This review is only for Kyle who did an amazing job with customer service related to problem solving, troubleshooting our T-Mobile account that we closed the second day due to misunderstandings/wrong information from other reps. Kyle has great customer service and knowledge with the plans. He is extremely patient and helpful.
The Assistant manager should've closed out our account (but it remained open) I give 5 stars to Kyle, he should definitely get credit and be the manager as he was the most helpful in helping me problem solve the issues I had. And also much better that customer service on the phone! Unfortunately I cannot comment/rate on the service of T-Mobile as I never used. This is only for the customer service portion.

Ashley is the best. Always taking care of the customer when she can. If you need anything, ask for her, you won’t regret it!

Ashley is fantastic! Helped me upgrade to a new device and got me hooked up with all the accessories I need to make sure my new 15 Pro is protected!

Eric was incredibly helpful and patient and was able to resolve a SIM-related issue that phone support was not able to help me with. Definitely ask for him when you visit!

Devante showed my daughter, and I excellent customer service:) all the employees were also super professional and friendly.

Jose and Jacob were awesome to work with when transferring over to T-Mobile. Business account, multi-lines and they were able to get me a great plan to fit all my needs. Great customer service! First impression is great. Hope it stays positive after the switch. :o)

All of the experts at this location (Centerpoint on 28th St.) are terrific... and Eric especially tonight... near closing time. He helped me out of a jam, because of my misunderstanding of how to connect my phone to my WiFi at home. He was very patient with me, taught me well... and as a result, I am now connected the way I should be! Hooray! Love seeing that little "connected" right where you said it would be.

Jacob & Michael we're so helpful in the switch from sprint. They were knowledgeable about everything and listened to my husbands & my needs. They didn't try to sell us on something we did want. They let us lead the way and told us the direct price. I appreciate that honesty and openness so much in business. It is a wonderful quality. Loving my service as well!

The manager named Mike was really helpful and courteous. The entire team(Jon, Jacob) helped us switch from Sprint to T-Mobile in a short period of time at closing time. They also were able to give us a great deal on some accessories and other things that helped lower our bill. Stop in and get hooked up.

This location had a very relaxed feeling and Kevin, the rep, was not pushy. The day we set up the account had 6 people switching and all of us with different deals. He did his best to make it as smooth as possible and as fast as possible. This location the sales rep are always willing to help.

We had the best customer that I have ever experienced in a cellular store! Jordan, along with the team of sales associates, were extremely helpful. He listened to what I wanted/needed and provided the perfect plan, cell phones, tablet, and accessories. Jordan then followed up the next day to see if I was still pleased with the service, etc. Would definitely recommend this particular store.

Andrew is the guy to go to! Got me and my girl set up on IPhone 12 Pro max’s and helped us transition from android to IPhone. Was very helpful informing of us of the deals and plans that made sense for us and not just trying to sell us a whole bunch of stuff. I walked out with 2 Pro Max’s, all the accessories, and a buy one get one Apple Watch SE. All for less than what I was paying elsewhere. Definitely pleased with this locations customer service. Ask for Andrew 😎

I give this location an A+. Yes the GPS my be off, but what GPS isn't. The Service is excellent. Especially the lady who help me. She (Ashley.D) was very knowledgeable of the products that she is selling. I recommend that if your in the area stop by and ask for her. She will assist you with your phone needs.

Stopped first to the 44th st Grandville store to find out about plans and phones. Then stopped to this store was Greeted right away, Trizzy was our sales person was very knowledgeable about plans and phones. Told her our service area looked it up should be good. Reccomend to be sure get a sim card and try coverage and set appointment for Sunday service was better than verizon. Went back Sunday for 2 new phones and Magenta service plan very happy great experience thanks Trizzy.

Tevin helped me get my phone up and running and set everything up for me. He also helped get my bill down 17$ by enrolling in a military plan. It took him all morning because my settings were screwed up! But he never gave up and went the extra 100 miles to make sure my phone was up and running! If you you need anything and you are a Tmobile customer or want to switch ask for Tevin at the 3583 28th St se kentwood store!

They are very helpful and easy to talk to. We have enjoyed our time with them. Now they have great deals on the Samsung 21 5G phone.
