Horrible establishment! Purchased two A13 Samsung phone cases and one tempered glass screen protector. $63 bill. $20 for EACH case and $20 for screen protector!! I should have looked closer before paying or I would have walked out of there. Phone cases are cheap plastic MAYBE (being generous) worth $10 a piece and I could buy the same screen protector for $3 on Ebay! What a ripoff! Hope you enjoy my $60 because I will never return!

Cheap product, poor quality, unprofessional workers, bad service.

Had a terrible experience with this business. I brought my iPhone 11 in to have the cracked screen fixed/replaced. They quoted me $160 for a replacement. After the repair i had noticed the phone was acting slower than normal and eventually would not even power on. After this I took the phone to an accredited business and they informed me after simply observing the inside that I did not have a protector plate over my battery connector. So since Mobile Xpress had to remove it in order to replace the screen but then never put it back they probably thought I would come back to them with this issue and they could charge me for another service for something they fixed incorrectly the first time. The screen they gave me was of the lowest quality (which most businesses would not even use… let alone charge OEM market prices for it)

PLEASE AVOID CHEAP PHONE REPAIR
THEY DO NOT USE QUALITY PRODUCTS AND GIVE TERRIBLE SERVICE!

***If you have a bad experience with them the mall will not do anything about it!

I truly don't recommend this place, we purchased a phone case and it caused some difficulties with my phone, i came back to replace it but instead of this clerk guy showing me the other phone cases to exchange, he rather disagree with our statements, didn't understand that what we were trying to say, absolutely wasting our time and I had to repeat 4 times we didn't want it. He finally shows us the others, I had a bad feeling he was gonna change the price of cases, and I was correct. When we made the purchase, he stated that all the cases are different prices, now suddenly they are all the same price no matter how complex or simple the case was. Unless u wanna get scammed of your money, avoid this place, they robbing money. Name of the clerk is Mohi Uddin

Got upsold on an LCD screen for a lot of money, had to also take it to another store to fix screen connection problem afterwards
